La stanza è pulita. Il condizionatore impiega molto tempo per raffreddarsi 😂 Ma nel complesso, l'arredamento della stanza è bello e carino. Il bagno è pulito e ben proporzionato.

Our stay at Pran was pretty disappointing. The location is great to stay out of the madness of the city, but after booking because of positive reviews we were really disappointed. We asked the staff about laundry as it was listed in the services offered, but they said they “do not do that”. Unbothered we asked if they knew somewhere close we could go and in response we were told to “use google”. One evening when coming back we were confronted by the owner in front of other guests for not having breakfast and telling us she didn’t know who we were even though we had met her earlier that day. Despite letting ourselves in with the key card she also stood in our way asking if we had a room number and why we weren’t on her WhatsApp…. When we were. Overall the stay was pretty uncomfortable - maybe that’s just because we’re really not Bed & Breakfast type people. If that’s what you’re searching for this might be the place for you, but it wasn’t for us.

Si tratta di un piccolo hotel conveniente situato ad Alttown. Sebbene le dimensioni complessive dell'hotel non siano grandi, si tratta di un hotel conveniente con un ambiente pulito e tranquillo, personale cordiale e camere pulite.

Great location, very clean rooms and great friendly staff. The hotel has a sort of industrial minimalist design. My room was roomie with a nice design. I didn't try breakfast at the hotel but the food looks nice. I would book the hotel again if I am in Chiang Mai in future. The bonus: Trip.com offers free airport pickup for this hotel if you book in advance.

I membri del personale sono accoglienti, le camere sono spaziose e il cibo è delizioso! Inoltre, la comoda posizione dell'hotel, a soli 5 minuti a piedi dal centro, offre numerose opzioni per pranzare, massaggi, mercati notturni e shopping. C'è anche un centro PALESTRA e una bella piscina sul tetto, se ami lo sport! Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque cerchi un'esperienza memorabile a Chiang Mai!

La posizione è eccellente, nel centro della città antica, vicino al Tempio Chedi Luang. L'edificio bianco e nero con piante verdi è un hotel molto design. La decorazione interna e le strutture sono molto nuove. La camera ha un ampio balcone e viene fornita con noci di cocco gratuite e un sacco di snack. È un'esperienza davvero sorprendente.

Large room and requested room provided on a high floor. Beautiful views, rooftop swimming pool and large, comfortable lobby area. Buffet breakfast was not suitable for vegetarian but they make a pretty good coffee in the cafe. All staff were warm, welcoming and helpful. In front of the hotel is a convenience store and massage, so make sure to have cash. I can't personally vouch for the massage as I had elsewhere, but worth a look as it's right in front of the hotel.

This is a good budget hotel with the location approximately 10-15 minute walk to the old town. There are some bbq restaurants in the vicinity and a few decent coffee places not far. Outside of the hotel you can hire an electric bike or normal bicycle as part of the city wide scheme. I loved the fact the hotel had a 24 hour drink area where you could get hot water , tea, juice, water and coffee. They also have a range of drinks to purchase. The pool is a decent size but just felt a bit dirty when I used it with drinks bottles surrounding it and fallen leaves that hadn't been cleaned, which I know probably can't be helped. The room itself was a decent size with a hard bed. We were on the ground floor so had no view (other than of a wall) and I had nowhere to dry my swimming clothes. Had I stayed in a room with a balcony my experience may have been different. We couldn't get the safe to work and the receptionist did come and check it and said the battery was low and they would sort the following day but no-one did. The layout of the bathroom means that everything gets wet easily. Our drain was blocked in the shower on the first day but then the cleaner sorted during the clean of the room. I found staff to be friendly. I wasn't expecting the 300 baht deposit for the keycard upon check in (which is cash only). You also only get one keycard per room. I generally don't have cash but seemingly had some change in my wallet. If you're after a quiet budget hotel for a few days then I think this is potentially a good fit for you.

La camera era molto accogliente e confortevole per tre notti. L'hotel ha una posizione strategica, di fronte al Tempio Chedi Luang, e nelle vicinanze ci sono molti deliziosi ristoranti e caffè. Il personale dell'hotel è cordiale ed entusiasta e ti aiuterà a chiamare un taxi. C'è meno scelta per la colazione, ma la qualità è abbastanza buona. La pasta, la pancetta e le salsicce sono tutte deliziose. Ciò che mi preme dare un consiglio è che la frutta messa all'esterno attira moltissimi piccoli insetti neri, quindi l'igiene va migliorata.

Grande hotel, davvero piaceva il mio soggiorno qui, le camere sono belle e il principale hotel giardino è ben temato, La piscina è bella (pode fare con più sedie) Le letti sono comodi e l'acqua riempibile è fredda. L'hotel è stato pulito e ben guardato. Solo poche cose per rendere il soggiorno più bello - non c'è tè o caffè nella stanza. L'acqua era calda nel doccia, non abbastanza calda per avere un bagno (una delle ragioni che ho prenotato è per il bagno)
