Mia madre è ferita alla schiena, quindi non può stare seduta a lungo, chiedo a loro (al personale dell'hotel) “posso restare 3 ore? Puoi dirmi l'hotel a orario ridotto?” Ho detto. SSmithWe stayed 5 nights at the Empress Hotel, and location is ok, as there are tuc tucs at the end of the street that can take you anywhere. The feel, decor, facilities, smell are all old-style, but it was fine for us, as we spent most of the say out of the hotel and the price was decent for what you get. Breakfast was reasonable, including fresh fruit and salads, good bacon, not good coffee. Check-in and check-out was quick and smooth, and they put us in connecting rooms with two single and one king bed per our request, which was good customer attention. Rooms were quiet, decent size except the bathrooms. The fitness room, well, at least they have one but please, if you have one, keep it maintained ! Only two of around 10 cardio machines were in working order - just fix them - and give the equipment a clean and over haul, add a few mats, towels, waters ... My recommendation is to make a few investments to improve things like a proper coffee machine, fitness room refurbish, room decor, and ensure an english-speaking manager walking around to be ”visible”, greeting the guests, ask how things are, and helping to guide his/her staff to become fully autonomous in improvements. The housekeeping team were very good and worked hard and all day. I would recommend the Empress, but they need to start to catch up to other hotels and what international visitors are expecting.

UUtente anonimoThe walls of the room are super thin, can hear the next door switching on and off their switches, and keep hearing the birds chipping away whole day. The hotel staff are all super friendly and helpful. You also get welcome back drink every day when you return back to the hotel.

Ci sono anche molti saloni per massaggi e ristoranti nelle vicinanze molto adatto per viaggiare. Tuttavia, l'hotel è relativamente vecchio e la ventilazione della stanza è un po' scarsa, a volte ha un sapore.

WWilsologyOnestamente, per la mia prima visita a CM in questo hotel, sembrava una zona morta, ma poi mi sono reso conto che era un giorno dopo Songkran, quindi la maggior parte dei negozi non erano ancora aperti, i giorni successivi mi sono sentiti molto più vivi.
Ci sono molti bar nelle vicinanze sul lato sinistro, 7 11 proprio di fronte all'hotel, e anche il noleggio di biciclette di fronte, sul lato destro c'è un mercato notturno affollato. Tutto percorribile in realtà se non ti dispiace camminare. Buona posizione.
Se soggiornate nella città vecchia consiglio questo posto. Se preferisci la nuova area della città, starai altrove.

SSunekhaLa posizione è fantastica, sulla strada principale vicino ai mercati 2-3 (mercato notturno) McDonald’s opposte, 711 intorno all’angolo (5 minuti a piedi). L’hotel odora un bel personale molto pulito e attento. Tutto il personale è gentile.
