Hotel in zona Anticuario la Mona Lisa, Chia

Tutte le persone con cui interagiamo, Roselia, Ruben e Rosa, sono state molto gentili. L'hotel è molto tranquillo. Si può riposare molto bene. Per migliorare, lo stato del bagno della camera. La sala da bagno e l'arco del santuario erano installati male, la saponetta della doccia era libera e le pareti erano perdute. E 'il primo hotel a Chia in cui sec limita l'uso dell'apparecchio di riscaldamento installato nella stanza. Le zone verdi erano molto trascurate. Ho provato a contattare il servizio clienti, ma lo stesso diertore è quello che risponde alle email. Ci sono molti grandi posti in Chia per 1/2 il prezzo. Ho trovato uno che ha anche stampa di dita tec per 1/2 prezzo in una grande posizione. Mentre l'edificio è bello, la squadra di gestione non ha conoscenza del servizio clienti, e la morale umana di base, ma il personale di accoglienza è meraviglioso.

Reservamos dos habitaciones desde Booking.com. La TV no servía en una de las habitaciones. En el momento del check-in nos habían dado un código QR para comunicarnos con la recepción. El código QR tampoco sirvió, así que tuve que bajar a la recepción, dónde solo había una persona atendiendo y estaba ocupada con el check-in de otros huéspedes, así que me hicieron esperar para al menos escucharme. Por fin alguien solucionó el problema. En la misma recepción pedí dos botellas de agua sin gas, y NO HABÍA. Un rato después las consiguieron, pero es inconcebible que no hubiera algo tan elemental. Intenté dos veces comprar snacks en el bar pero no había nadie atendiendo. Al tercer intento logré comprar algo. Más tarde notamos que la tapa del sanitario de una de las habitaciones estaba rota (ver foto). Inaceptable. El desayuno fue un desastre. El ”servicio” a la mesa fue pésimo. Nos llevaron unas porciones minúsculas de huevos revueltos reposados y fríos, servidos en platos para tazas de tinto, pan viejo y café con sabor a tinto recalentado. No tenían café descafeinado. Una persona pidió una infusión de hierbas y le trajeron una de frutos verdes. Ante cada uno de nuestros reclamos hacían algo para tratar de remediar la situación, no siempre bien, y les hicimos saber que para nosotros era muy triste tener que estar quejándonos todo el tiempo para que el servicio funcionara medianamente. Pedimos dos tazas más de café y las llevaron chorreadas y además, las dos en un mismo plato (ver foto). No esperábamos una gastronomía elevada,pero sí al menos un servicio de desayuno decoroso y respetuoso con el huésped. El segundo día por la mañana, el aire acondicionado de una de las habitaciones dejó de funcionar. Eso es gravísimo porque las ventanas de las habitaciones están selladas, así que la única fuente de oxígeno es el aire acondicionado. Tuvimos que mantener abierta la puerta de la habitación para que entrara aire del pasillo. Ya estábamos de salida y cansados de quejarnos, así que no venimos nada en la recepción. Lo único rescatable fue que pudimos dormir tranquilamente. Después de haber vivido esta experiencia tan desagradable comprendí el afán de la recepcionista para que pagáramos en el momento del check-in.

Good quality hotel for the price. The customer service people were very nice, and can speak some English. The rooms are spacious, with fridge, snack bar, free bottle of water, and really love how comfy the bed is. The location is also great, there is a grocery store, and some nice restaurants just next to it.

Hotel situato tra Bogotà e Cota nel cuore di una grande zona industriale e i fatti è indicato per chi si reca a Bogotà per lavoro e non per turismo perché a causa del traffico è molto impegnativo in termini di tempo raggiungere il centro. L'aspetto migliore dell'hotel è l'ospitalità e la gentilezza del personale. Sopratutto la signorina Erika Arce della reception. La colazione è varia e abbondante e le camere spaziose e pulite. L'hotel risulta un po rumoroso e per questo consiglio i piani alti. Io ero el secondo piano e ho chiesto di essere spostato al 5. In zona non c'è niente se non qualche piccolo negozietto e per muoversi è obbligatorio usare taxi che non sono sempre facili da conseguire.

EL hotel tiene habitaciones cómodas, personal amable y restaurante para desayunos buffet, almuerzos y cenas a la carta, con muy buena comida y variedad.

Rooms are large and well appointed. The staff is courteous overall. The experience could have been better: 1. At arrival, the staff wanted us to wait to check in while they took care of the Íbera crew who had arrived after us. Customers should be served in the order they arrive. Very rude and unprofessional. 2. Breakfast was mediocre. They do not serve soy or almond milk, despite being readily available in Bogotá. We had to go buy a bottle and carry it to breakfast, which was inconvenient. The hotel should provide a milk alternative. There was also too few staff for breakfast and often we had to wait for coffee refill and fruit to be available since there was only one waitress to cover breakfast. She was nice but at least another person should be available. 3. We reserved a premium room with two beds and were given in haste, to get rid of us so they could take care of the Iberia crew, a room with one bed. When we came back to get this fixed, the receptionist gave us a horrible connecting room with no blackout curtains and super noisy, room 311. At this point, it was late and we were exhausted so we waited for next morning to get another room. They eventually, through much insistence our part, assigned us the room we had originally paid for. No excuse, no upgrade, nothing, just a blank stare from the manager, she could not care about the issue we brought up. 4. Location: This is a residential area, which makes it hard to get in and out by car due to the street configuration. The hotel is across a canal that stinks so walking along or opening a window, not an option. The furnishings and decorations are very nice and elegant and the views from the terrace are nice. The clientele is quiet and well behaved. The cleaning staff is fantastic, the room was impeccably cleaned every day.

Modern hotel in good part of the city, although no restaurants within easy walking distance, but eating in the hotel restaurant was no problem with tasty food and good service although prices are higher when compared to restaurants elsewhere in the city. Spacious room, well designed , mini bar , safe, desk ,sofa, everything you want except control of the room temperature. We spent most of the time feeling cold in the room with no way to heat it (outside temp dropped to around 7-8C). Beds are very , very firm which is not ideal for anyone. Room pricing is very reasonable and represents good value. Caution with the breakfast buffet - our room was B&B, so we helped ourselves to the buffet only to be confronted with the manager half through our meal telling us that we had only paid for the basic breakfast and therefore needed to pay an extra 56,000pesos per person - the buffet was adequate but falls well below the offerings of 4 star hotels elsewhere. I did find pricing somewhere on the website that confirmed that full breakfast was 56k pp but I never managed to convince the manager that we should only pay the difference between basic breakfast and full breakfast , I felt cheated. One female member of staff on the front desk was very helpful and understanding and spoke good English and tried hard to help, but by this point we had decided not to use the buffet and buy food at local coffee shops close to the hotel. Our travel agent was to blame for only paying for basic breakfast but this was not explained upon check in nor were we told what we could eat without being fined. The good news was at check out when our 2 breakfasts we didn't attend were refunded giving us back approx 75K per day for 2 people, thus proving my point that we should have only paid the difference between 75K and 112K for 2 people to upgrade. Check what type of breakfast you are entitled to and there will be no problems, change the mattresses for something softer and actually plug the thermostat in the rooms into the heating/cooling system and this hotel would easily score 100%
