stayed here from the 16th-18th of September and its a really great guest house it is about 5 or 10 minutes from Chester town and 5 minutes from the train station centre the staff are friendly and the rooms are clean with very combatable beds great location for traveling and sightseeing

This is a nice clean hotel, rooms are a decent size with everything you need, the shower is powerful and the owners are friendly and helpful. Location is excellent for the train station and the town is 15mins walk. There are plenty of places to eat and drink within walking distance. The only downside is the road is quite noisy but I would return

Highly recommended. Room was spotless bed comfortable. Staff were lovely. Couldn't do enough for you. My one and only complaint. Only one pillow. Other that I would most definitely stay again. Grat value for your money. Don't esitat to book a room. Thank you.

A great place to stay in Chester. Round the corner from train station. Walk into centre about 10 mins. Quiet area. Very comfortable , clean and worth every £. Ensuite bathroom with fresh towels Will stay again if we go to Chester. Highly Recommend *****

Excellent. We needed somewhere for a quick, overnight stay as close as possible to Chester Railway Station. The Ormonde Guesthouse proved to be the perfect choice. Bash, the owner of the hotel, could not have been more helpful. The room was clean and tidy with all necessary facilities well laid out. Very good free wifi. On site car parking overnight and Bash helped to sort out somewhere to leave our car safely and securely next day. Breakfast is not provided but is available nearby.

Wow, what can I say! I stumbled over this amazing place when I was left with the task off friends to find a place in Chester. Its is just beautiful, smells beautiful, very clean, very very welcoming check in, easy access, on site parking, very comfy beds and plenty of hot water. Very close to train station and a short walk in to the heart of Chester. I will without doubt stay here a again! Gemma - from Liverpool travelling with friends from Leak and Shropshire.

Met a lovely friendly host on arrival, Bash very informative and very helpful. Had upgraded to a Deluxe suite which was lovely with ample room but could do with a little revamp. Tiny bathroom but could be extended by taking a chunk off the next door dressing room - just a small downfall. Plenty of room in the kitchen area but could just do with a drying up cloth, some bleach to clean the sink and perhaps just run some water through the espresso machine after each visitor. Had a lovely stay and would certainly visit again and very soon. Thank you!!

The bed was so comfortable. The bathroom was clean and modern. The room was clean and functional. One could make tea, coffee, or expresso in the room at no extra cost. The security in the guest house was excellent. The receptionist was quite welcoming and informative. He showed us to our rooms and demonstrated how the security worked. The guest house was very quiet.

Arrived early but room was ready. Two night stay . Manager Bash offered to help carry our bags to room . The room itself was bright , spacious, comfortable and spotless. The room only option suited us . Parking is on a first come basis we were accommodated. A short walk into Chester town centre. Plenty of eateries nearby. We like Frodsham Grill. Will definitely be using the Ormonde again . Thanks to Bash and all the staff for a great experience.
