The stay was great the people was great the food was great and it was very clean I will be staying there more often thanks so much

Terrible experience. The wall HVAC was insanely loud. When I tried to look for fix, entire front panel came completely detached. It was obvious the unit had problems before and was not fixed...instead, they went ahead and rented the room. Also, tons of mouse droppings in wall unit...I'm sure that happens in every hotel, but still...not fun. Had to pack all my stuff and move to another room. Front desk was accomodating and pleasant about it. Pretty clean otherwise, but I agree with others that it needs renovation.

Dove iniziare ...we prenotato una stanza per 2 adulti e 2 bambini qualche giorno prima del nostro soggiorno direttamente con Hilton per telefono. Quando siamo arrivati sul posto dopo una 16 ore di guida, ci sono stati detto: ”Non siamo sicuri di come è successo, ma non abbiamo la tua stanza”. Cosa? Il nostro email di conferma ha detto che avevamo riservato una stanza per quella notte per 2 ragazze. La donna al desk non aveva alcuna redditività opzioni, a meno che i 4 di noi dormevano insieme in un letto re. Invece di cercare di aiutarci, leale clienti Hilton Recompense, trovare una soluzione o addirittura un altro immobile vicino Hilton per rimanere al, Ci ha detto di andare fuori e chiamare altri hotel o camminare vicino alla porta. Non avevamo altre opzioni che abbiamo fatto, e ha trovato il Comfort Inn vicino con personale utile e un prezzo più economico. E colazione complimentare. Non sono stato deluso solo dal fatto che la nostra prenotazione non è stata rispettata, ma anche dal cattivo trattamento e dalla mancanza di assistenza da parte del desk front. Non ho mai avuto questa esperienza in nessun altro Hilton property. Non mi fermerò mai più qui al capo. Per aggiungere sale alla ferita, abbiamo contattato Hilton, aspettato in trappola, e finalmente abbiamo parlato con un rappresentante e abbiamo aperto un caso #. Dovremmo essere contattati entro 48 ore, ma purtroppo, 8 giorni dopo abbiamo dovuto richiamarci e aspettare ancora in trappola per altri 30+ minuti. A questo punto ci è stato detto che era colpa nostra che la nostra prenotazione fosse stata cancellata perché siamo arrivati tardi. Questo non è mai stato comunicato quando abbiamo effettuato la prenotazione, sul messaggio di conferma, o quando siamo stati rimandati al desktop. in 10 anni e dozzine di prenotazioni, (incluso un 7 giorni prima di Savannah GA) questo non è mai arrivato. In breve ...I consigliere di trovare un altro hotel. A causa della totale mancanza di servizio clienti in questo caso per conto di questa proprietà e Hilton in generale, mi fermerò da ora in poi altrove.

Delta was a new hotel for me, but I was very impressed. The hotel was very clean and appeared to be relatively new in construction. The room was perfect for a quick business trip, and was well maintained. The bed was surprisingly comfortable compared to many of the other hotels that I have stayed in during my business trips. The staff was even able to provide me a microwave for room upon request. The 7th floor has a pantry with snacks and drinks that is accessible to Elite members. Easy access to the highway, and close to WaWa; that might be important to some travelers. The made to order breakfast options were excellent, and the staff was courteous and very helpful. I will definitely try to book here on my next trip to Norfolk.

La stanza è pulita.

I just returned from a 7 night stay for business. Rooms are well appointed and the beds and bedding are very comfortable. I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past year and the beds are always great. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. And there is a nice gym. I'd like to thank Breeze for her thoughtful and efficient customer service every morning at breakfast. When I left my credit card at the restaurant on my last day, she ran up 2 flights of stairs to catch me so I wouldn't leave without it. Thanks again!

In questo quartiere spesso per l'attività, e io di solito rimango l'HGI su Greenbrier. E' diventato di esercizio e ho iniziato a rimanere qui qualche anno fa. Questo hotel è andato in collina rapidamente durante Covid. Il mio ultimo soggiorno nel Nov 22 sarà il mio ultimo. Continuato a sperare che si riprendessero, ma non è successo ....at tutto. Solo un passo sopra il pitiful. Hotel (non solo le camere che non sono mai pulite) sembra essere raramente pulito. Mi ricorda una bella casa che è stata trasformata in una proprietà di noleggio. Nessuno si preoccupa più di questo, ma non è un buon posto per restare, e finora è caduto, credo, ci vorrà un modello per tornare. Almeno potrebbero aggiornare alla TV più grande di 42”. Se hai una bella schermata grande da guardare alla notte non prestate attenzione a quanto sia cattivo il resto di esso. Uno schifo perché è molto conveniente per me. Dirò che il personale ha sempre Purtroppo, ci sono pochi hotel Hilton carini in questa zona nonostante il fatto che è fortemente popolata.
