Non ho mai voluto stare a un super 8 BC ho sempre sentito queste cattive esperienze ma sorprendente la mia esperienza non è stata a tutti cattiva questa è stata un hotel piuttosto decente e il tappeto nella nostra stanza si sentiva come il tappeto più pulito che ho sentito ancora meglio che il più alto Hotel finiti. Il ragazzo in alto un desk front era informativo e bello. Grande camera considerando il prezzo!

Grande luogo per soggiornare durante le vacanze e prendere nel Grand Parco Nazionale delle montagne fumose.

La mia ricolocazione è stata indolore, e mi ha fatto sentire a casa per un mese, finché non ho trovato un alloggio. Le camere erano spazialmente confortevoli e pulite, e il personale era amichevole, piacevole, utile e mi accoglieva con attenzione alla loro comunità, soprattutto Jess, che era sempre disposta a andare a un miglio di distanza, anche se non sono sicura della sua posizione attuale. Il suo servizio al cliente, la sua orgoglio e la sua dedizione al suo lavoro rendono materiale di gestione superiore. E se non è in gestione, allora deve essere. Per dire, almeno è una delle poche ospedali che abbiamo ancora lasciato oggi nella nostra industria.

Located across the street from Harrahs Cherokee Casino we are near Great Smoky Mountains National Park and within minutes of countless outdoor activities. We are also close to the sights along the Blue Ridge Parkway and exciting southeast Tennessee destinations are just 40 miles away.

Disappointing breakfast with just apples, bagels, cereal and yogurt. No bread, no eggs, no sausage and no microwave. Staff isn’t friendly and lacks any customer service skills. The lobby is beautiful and the rooms spacious, clean and well maintained. DESPITE reserving a handicap room, I found the “handicap room” wasn’t wheelchair friendly. I give the hotel a C- as “handicap friendly”. The bathroom so small I couldn’t close the door with my wheelchair in the bathroom (with the footrests removed) and I couldn’t get to the shower because the door was in the way, I had to walk into the bathroom (a struggle for me) then close the door to get into the shower. The shower is dangerous without any hand/ safety rails. I did get a walk in shower and they did provide a shower chair but the only shelf in the shower was on the back of the shower and not reachable when using the shower chair. This is a DANGEROUS shower which requires using the glass shower door handle to move in/out or stand while bathing. It’s a million dollar accident waiting to happen. Two more issues with simple solutions: the toilet is an old “squat” toilet (probably 14 in bowl height) making use and transferring to and from the toilet difficult (no grab bar). New toilets are 17 1/2 and 18 inches making the wheelchair chair to toilet easier and safer. Finally, the carpet in the room is beautiful and thick BUT it was hard to move around in the room with the wheelchair. Many hotels now have “hard surface” floors making it much easier to move around and safer for those using walkers or canes. PLUS hotel carpets are known to hold bacteria with the hard surface easier to clean. Pitiful internet which goes every hour or so and the TV didn’t work well despite the desk clerk trying to fix it.. about every 15 minutes the tv would go offline requiring a wait and restart (see pictures).

This place SEEMED to have ok ratings, but apparently they have slipped . We made reservations the day of, early, so they had plenty of time to get our room right. When we got there, they did not have a room ready for us, which caused a scramble to find one, but, to be fair, they DID find a room that was empty- but only SEMI-CLEANED. There was only a cursory cleaning done on the room, and we ended up doing some of the cleaning ourselves. The overall feel of the motel is that it was nice at one time, but has been let go in the interest of making money. The hall carpets are stained, and dingy, the outside has been ignored a bit as well. The breakfast was ok, standard fare, and the breakfast lady was hustling to keep up with the demand. Front desk personnel were pretty mediocre, on check in, I inquired as to whether I could pay cash at check out, and was told yes- on checking out, I was told no, they never take cash. Pretty incompetent.
