The stay was good, the limited staff managed electrical outage due to thevmanali substation fire, the best they could. Good luck and strive to achieve more.

I had booked for two people and selected classic room. At the time of checkin the receptionist telling classic room is for single person. So i need to pay 600- extra for deluxe room. So i had to pay extra for none of my mistake. If classic room was not for two person why then i was allowed to book? also the deluxe room is not that spacious. I paid total 3600 which is not at all worth. Very disappointed with make my trip and hotel also. So going to uninstall make my trip app from my mob and never going to book through your app.

The negatives: 1. Wifi didn't work for all the 5 nights i stayed. 2. No hot water for shower; the manager arranged an electric coil for heating 3. Cleaning not done and your feet can feel the dirt on the floor 4. Towels and sheets not changed until asked 5. The phone didn't work and it was dead all the 5 nights; so not sure why they keep a desk phone in the rooms 6. Water bottles are not provided daily the positives: 1. I didn't change the hotel as it was closer to my workplace and to kapaleeswar temple 2. No mosquitos, 3. Ac worked 4. Ceiling fan worked 5. Bed was soft and firm

I booked 6 rooms for my relatives to stay in this Hotel Apartment. All my relatives took me to task for booking this Hotel. They switch of AC from a remote place denying us the facility,they won't give hot water for bath,no room service.The owner cum Manager is so negative person denying everything.I don't know how they are surviving still with this type of service.A visitor once will not go again to them.

Please do not by the pics. It’s probably when the hotel was made new. The restaurant is not functional. I booked a free breakfast room

We stayed in this hotel for five days for eye treatment in sankara nethrayala. Stay is good and very safe
