Cleanliness and service i like very much. Particularly food quality in the 'opal' the attahed restaurant is very good. L already used to stay in this hotel three times.

Nice place to stay, super convenient if your purpose of visit is for us visa. In house restaurants are good as well a bit on the pricier side. The complimentary breakfast was also well made. A note of caution if you are visiting during the monsoons or periods of heavy rain, the nearby area suffers from flooding and commute can become a hassle

Lift is not working. No backup provided for 2 days stay. Senior citizens like one among us were very difficult to get to the rooms. Not sure to wheelchair possibility. Complimentary breakfast on 5th floor. Totally uncomfortable and not worth it

I am a business traveler. One of the best hotel in chennai. I have booked club room rooms is big, clean and hygiene room and washroom. Restaurant food is good. Friendly staff quick response. Only draw back is break fast has to improve little bit

Great location, the rooms were clean and neat, the staff courteous and very helpful. Food at opal inn has been yummy since last thirty years.
