Ho prenotato 20 notti per i miei genitori qui a luglio. L'hotel in generale va bene. ***Ager e il personale erano rispettosi e accoglienti tranne il personale notturno Tony alla reception. È stato molto scortese con loro e quando ho chiamato da Dubai il suo comportamento era lo stesso. Il problema era che diede ai miei genitori una stanza che non era stata pulita dalle pulizie dopo la partenza dell'ultimo ospite.

Un hotel ben posizionato e ben invecchiato. Servizio eccellente. Camera confortevole e ben tenuta Personale e agenzia molto disponibili. Buona a**osfera. ***ager Pradeep e l'assistente ***ager Anu Chacko sono stati eccezionalmente utili. Nonostante la sua posizione su una strada trafficata, ***tiene un'a**osfera di serenità e calma

Abbiamo avuto lo shock della nostra vita quando siamo entrati nelle nostre stanze. Le stanze pullulavano di scarafaggi, i pannelli di legno sul pavimento erano crepati in alcuni punti e c'erano funghi nei ventilatori dell'aria condizionata e sul pavimento. Le lenzuola e gli asciuga***i erano macchiati, non venivano offerti articoli da toeletta, la connessione wifi e la TV non funzionavano. Abbiamo cambiato la stanza tre volte sperando che almeno una stanza andasse bene. Questo non era il caso. I piatti usati erano ammucchiati fuori dalle stanze e l'intero corridoio puzzava. Eravamo scesi da Cochin ed eravamo arrivati ​​a tarda notte. Quindi non avevamo altra scelta che restare per la notte. Verificheremo il giorno successivo stesso. Il personale era estremamente insensibile e ha affermato di non aver ricevuto fondi da KTDC per la ***utenzione.

During my recent stay at KTDC Raindrop, I had the pleasure of enjoying a delightful experience that left me with wonderful memories. From the excellent accommodations to the outstanding Kerala cuisine, this hotel excels in creating a memorable stay for its guests. A highlight of my visit was undeniably the culinary experience. The hotel's dining options were diverse, offering a variety of delicious dishes catering to various tastes. The chefs showcased their culinary expertise, and the exceptional quality of the ingredients used was evident. However, my otherwise perfect experience was marred by an unfortunate encounter with one individual – Receptionist Sandeep. While the majority of the staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to assist guests, Sandeep's demeanor was noticeably lacking. His lack of enthusiasm and disinterest in addressing my inquiries left a sour note in an otherwise sweet experience. Despite this isolated hiccup, I would still highly recommend KTDC Raindrop to fellow travelers. The exceptional accommodations, breathtaking views, and culinary delights more than co****sate for the shortcomings of one individual. I trust that the ***agement will take note of such instances and promptly address them to ensure that every guest receives the exceptional service that the majority of the KTDC Raindrop staff strives to provide. I eagerly anticipate returning and experiencing the hotel's hospitality once again, hopeful that any such issues will be rectified for an even more flawless stay.

We selected KTDC Rain Drop at Chennai for the first two nights of our Tamilnadu temple tour because of its location. Feeling after staying is neither unsatisfied nor satisfied. However, probably we shouldn’t expect better than what you get in terms of ‘establishment and service’ from a state-run business. The check-in was smooth; room, bed, toilet and shower space were ok. They provide one-liter bottled drinking water per day and filtered water is available on all floors. Apart from clean towels, dental kit, soap, and shampoo, they also provide a shaving set – a razor and shaving cream in sachet that I find very thoughtful and useful too. Aircon was giving trouble, the furniture was very old, and the door lock was giving trouble.   Our room rent included buffet breakfast and we’re very satisfied with range, quality, and quantity. This was the only hotel out of seven hotels that we stayed in 14 days that served eggs of any style.  We realized that we were the only guests who were there for the tourism purpose and the rest from Bangladesh and India are staying therefor trea**ent. So, the staff were surprised to know this. BTW: Appollo and Shankar Netralay are within walking distance and the neighborhood is full of travel agents, currency exchange houses and small restaurants.
