No towel was there. No restaurant for any breakfast. No coffee pot or any toiletries in room. The previous occupants clothes were lying inside the cupboard.

The location was the prime advantage. It's inside the city. Hotel was clean and neat. The room they first offered had a faulty floor light. My 1. 5 year daughter got an electric shock. We had to complain to get a change of room.

i booked for 4th 5th 6th and 7th october, after reaching the hotel at 3am on 5th october they said my booking is cancel-led and told me to book again i asked the receptionist that it’s already morning can you give me early checkin he said ok book for 5th 6th and 7th after booking i was shocked how come the price went up like a sky rocket after showing the booking he said i cant give you early checkin it was such a bad experience at this property the receptionist made me wait for good 1hour and eventually gave me early checkin at 4am and told me on the last day of checkout please leave early to which i said ok! on the last day during checkout he asked me money for early checkin when i said we already had a word about it they kept on nagging and called the security staff made me look like a criminal so disgusted and numbed by the experience!

This hotel is not value for money. The maintenance is poor, and the staff response is so good. It's costly and i not worth it. I won't recommend it for family

I am a regular customer to this hotel. Located in a very prime area with great facilities for the price. Friendly reception staff, feel like homely stay with full safety.

Good stay near to shopping centre. Many shops like ppthys, chennai silks are at walkable distance. Parking facility is also there.
