For me the experience was good. The room was neat and clean. Bed & washroom everything was great. Staffs are really active. I want to mention special thanks to Meganathany he really took care of all the cleaness and my all requests. The cafeteria buffet is also great they are plenty of options for breakfast and dinner.

Stayed there for a fortnight due to work related purpose with my husband. The stay was very comfortable. The hotel has a nice ambience and maintained well by its staff. The rooms are big and spacious. There is a seperate table to work at which is a good addition here. The restaurant is good and offers meals even late at night so even if you check in late you can get order something you like. The service is quick and the staff is very cooperative and efficient. They go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. At the restaurant, you have a buffet option for breakfast and dinner and you can order a la carte for lunch. The buffet spread is decent. Special mention that I'd want to make is for their staff. Their hospitality is amazing and they'll make any patron decide to go back. Ms. Sheetal, ms. Rani, Amit, Joy and the gentleman who came for housekeeping( couldn't get his name)were present during my stay and made my stay pleasant. Big cheers to them and I wish them well! I hope the management takes care of such wonderful staff because they're adding value to the hotel without a doubt! I'd go there again for sure! Mrs. Rahman Room - 212

Had a very pleasant dinning with cool ambience. Hospitality and food was tooo good. Chicken tikka, pallipalayam chicken and mac and cheese pasta were veryy delicious. Applauses to Aravind and Shreekumar. Will for sure recommend my friends and family

My stay was pleasant. Not sure what people are complaining about. The room was spacious (special shoutout to Lokhi, Arul and Boopesh for the hospitality). The lobby is small, but rooms are nicely sized. A/C was working just fine. There is a lot of humidity in the city itself, so best to run the AC in dry mode for a pleasant experience. The breakfast buffet was pretty cool (what you would expect of a good 3-star hotel— some juices, milkshakes, some south indian dishes, 1-2 continental dishes, sausages, breads, fruits, tea/coffee and a counter to make you puris/dosa/omelettes/paranthas.) I didn’t quite like the coffee served at breakfast, and I let the manager know. All in all, it’s a good option for a short business stay.

First time l have visited Lemon tree Shimona -Bar with my brothers it was wonderful experience.. very peaceful parking area, reception it's very calm & Nice hygienic Lobby area they maintained very well. While entering the Bar it's really interesting place not too Noise, Lighting was perfect,Staffs was very polite & Friendly, we enjoyed that evening like any things with drinks & House snacks.. Over all awesome place for evening time with friends.. Special Thanks to Mr.Aravind treat us like very Friendly behaviour..

Slounge Bar in the Lemon Tree Shimona Hotel is perfect for a laid-back evening. Arvind, the bar manager, ***** with his team, ensures that every guest feels valued and well-attended to. They're knowledgeable about the menu and eager to assist. Speaking of the menu, the food is consistently good, with a variety of options to choose from. It's definitely a place I would recommend for anyone looking for quality service and enjoyable dining.

The restaurant is decent and Mr. Arvind and Mr Shrikumar is excellent in service and so professional. The food is really good . We recommend to visit this place to have very good delightful food and best rates alcohol. Mr. Arvind so cordial in receiving and provides excellent comfort during service.

I had the pleasure of being looked after by Lokhi from the housekeeping team during my stay at Lemon Tree Hotel, and I cannot commend her enough for her excellent service. Lokhi was always courteous, attentive, and extremely efficient in keeping my room immaculate. She paid great attention to detail, ensuring everything was perfectly arranged and spotlessly clean. Her warm demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile made my stay even more pleasant. Lokhi truly exemplifies the high standards of hospitality that Lemon Tree Hotel is known for.
