There was a lot of things wrong happened here. First the service phone in the room was not working. I booked 2 rooms for 4 people and there was only one dental kit in each bathroom. Only one pair of room slippers were given for each room. No floormats were given for the toilet. There was a lot of ammenities that was not given for both the rooms and we had to call and request for it. Staffs were friendly and good but lack in a lot of training. Rooms were not cleaaned when we came back in the evening.
I had called them to send in chilled complimentary water because the fridge was also warm in the room but they gave us a mineral water bottle and charged us for that. Breakfast was said to start at 6.30am and thats how we have planned the day but then as we arrived at the first floor at 6.35am food was not ready and it was ready only at 7.13am. Plans had to be pushed back due to that. Even as the first customer at the dining area, eggs and dosa that was requested took 30 minutes.
There was a good variety of the food in the buffet area that caters for both veg and non veg but there were some foods that were undercooked. Food in the buffet was always run out as well. Due to unforseen circumstances I had to extend my stay but I don’t think its a place I would recommend or come agin as for the Marriots brand, I expected better than this.
