The hotel staff is really very very generous and helpful. They are really cooperative and friendly. I highly suggest everyone who's looking for a comfortable stay at affordable prices, do try this hotel once! and for my friends who are here for a us visa interview, the hotel is just 15 minutes walking distance away from the us embassy, chennai. Once again, highly recommended.

Hotel twilight is budget friendly stay. It's quite clean and neat. What i loved the most in this hotel was the staff, namely arun, very friendly and polite guy.

The location is good and easily reachable. The staff is courteous and respectful. They try their best to help you. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Pictures shown are totally different compared to real the rooms are soo dirty and the area of the hotel is worst i don't like the hotel at all the worst hotel in chennai

Room is good with affordable price. Hotels are walkable distance. Staff support is good. We have to go some distance by auto or walk. Car entry is difficult. Rest everything is ok for this tariff.

People didn't gave a room what i booked, they made us wait for more than 30 mins at early morning 4am for check in and said they sold out, on top of it they asked to check in at the alternative property for freshup which is no matching to the one i booked

Hotel outside is fine, but rooms are not that much clean, stains on walls, insects in bathroom, a different smell inside the room. But service is attentive and front office is good
