Stayed for just 1 night but truly enjoyed every moment in this pragmatic business-cum-holiday modern Hotel. Location was excellent. The room'was spacious with all amenities and excellent mattress and linen quality. The bathroom was modern and had good water pressure with 24hrs running hot water, though the shower cubicle could have been a tad bigger. The therapist at the spa was very good too. The buffet breakfast had a good spread, but service could be improved. The Hotel has a very nice rooftop pool and bar but couldn't use it as it was raining! Special appreciation for Damu who went out of the way to accommodate my special request for an early check-in and late check-out due to my flight timings, besides keeping my suit safe while we travelled to Ooty and returned. Also, a big thanks to ***n who arranged the Hotel Car to drop and pick us up at a wedding, as all local cabs stopped services due to heavy rain! This Hotel goes the extra mile to make their guests truly feel home! We look forward to visiting them soon.

Il personale della reception è amichevole, efficiente e sono sempre sorridenti. le camere sono grandi, molto moderne e perfettamente pulite, il cameriere David fa un lavoro meraviglioso ogni giorno. Il colazione è grande e ha una grande scelta e tutto è fresco e ben presentato. La piscina con il bar e il ristorante ha un bel ambiente. e il suo grande che si può nuotare fino a mezzanotte. Uno dei camerieri è amichevole e attento.Tornerò l'anno prossimo e non rimarrò mai altrove a Chennai

It's my error on review of *********** I had book such a hotel first on arrival the hotel had taken card payment actually *********** had given to pay at checkout secondly for early check in they charged 1000 extra you full hotel was empty Then there is Lavori di rinnovamento in corso in un hotel per il quale c'è polvere & odore di pittura in camera I'ho venuto a Chennai per la mia operazione oculare così la mia appointment era alle 9 del mattino così era urgente Dopo le denunce a *********** la camera di indossamento in un altro hotel che è di più basse categorie & lontano dall'ospedale & *********** anche ofer altro hotel di bassa categoria & tasso più alto Allora non è possibile per me cambiare hotel come ero occupato in ospedale tutto il giorno poi in notte alle 10 quando vengo la mia camera & letto sono polveri il personale dell'hotel non era pronto a venire a chiedere di tovaglie 3-4 ore l'hotel dice che non hanno tovaglioli aggiuntivi le tazze erano sporche ci sono cazzo di coglioni nel rum il letto fa noe così ho deciso di cambiare l'hotel alle 11 in notte Ma purtroppo non l'hotel né *********** rimborsa l'importo Era il problema ospedaliere che avevo pagato di nuovo con richiesta a tutti di non utilizzare la recensione di prenotazione e non prenotare questo hotel per favore

Abbiamo sempre goduto di soggiornare a Taj Coro***del. Tutti i membri del personale ci hanno fatto sentire a casa con il loro servizio eccezionale. Le camere di gestione e di lusso sono estremamente confortevoli. Grazie in particolare: Shailesh Giri (***ager - Butler Operations) & Jasmin Siddiqui (***ager - Guest Relationsq) che sono andati sopra e oltre con il loro servizio eccezionale per curare tutte le nostre esigenze. L'intera squadra di butler (Bala, Saravanan e Napoli, che si sono assicurati di andare in più in sala. L'intera squadra Jiva Spa che ci ha assicurati che ci fosse un buon riposo e una rilassazione. L'intero ristorante e cucina del Southern Spice team che ci ha attirato con il loro meraviglioso cibo. L'intera squadra dell'ufficio di frontiera che ha fatto il nostro check-in e check-out senza saldatura. L'intera squadra Door*** e Concierge che ci ha aiutati con i nostri sacchi infiniti. L'intera squadra di custodia che ha fatto qualcosa di piccolo ogni giorno per sorridere sulle nostre facce quando siamo tornati in camera. L'intera squadra di cena in camera che ha ospitato i nostri ordini di cena e caffè tardi. Abbiamo anche avuto il piacere di essere serviti da Formatori Santak e Shafira, che vorremmo cogliere l'occasione per desiderare loro tutto il meglio nel loro sforzo futuro e per raggiungere maggiori altezze in questo settore. Ibis è un posto molto bello per soggiornare. La posizione è nel centro della città dove si dispone di tutto facile accesso a dove si desidera andare. Il sistema di trasporto nella zona è molto amichevole. Puoi avere una moto toktok per portarti da qualsiasi parte che vuoi vedere.

Abbiamo goduto il nostro soggiorno. Volevamo avere un sentimento di club e andava al club. Avrebbero potuto giocare canzoni tamil, le loro India e i vostri ospiti sono indiani, giocare e sgattaiolare canzoni inglesi sono buone, ma le canzoni tamil sarebbero davvero meglio

Il personale era molto amichevole e utile, specialmente vijayalakshmi che è la receptionista, lei era molto utile. Le camere erano pulite e tempeste. Il servizio in camera era disponibile 24/7 e ha risposto alla chiamata. Il colazione era anche buono. In generale, per me e la mia famiglia, è stato un soggiorno confortevole.

Positives: 1. The prime location of this hotel makes it super convenient to go anywhere around the city. It’s also easy to book an auto through Ola in the mornings. 2. There are ***y shops/restaurants right around Belstead, which makes it ideal for grabbing basic amenities/drugstore items. 3. The breakfast buffet deserves 5 stars, simply outstanding and perfect south Indian vegetarian dishes. 4. Worth mentioning for delivering outstanding service are Rupa from ALOE restaurant and Pinky from Front Desk. Always eager to serve guests and genuinely attentive, they go the extra mile to make us feel welcome. 5. The amenities in the room are relatively in good condition, as the property was recently renovated around 3 years ago. 6. The rooms are spacious and the AC unit in the room was a lifesaver from the summer heat. 7. There were ***y families staying at the hotel, which gave it a warm ambience and safe environment. Negatives: 1. My room never had a minibar nor a luggage stand, although it was supposed to be part of my booking for 12 nights. They also never changed the room as I was promised during checkin. 2. There’s a bar right next to the hotel, therefore I could not sleep on ***y nights during my stay (even with earplugs on) as there was so much noise from the bar. I was told that the noise would end around 11:30pm, but there were nights where it went on past 12:30am. There also happened to be a wedding reception happening at the rooftop level during my stay. It was so loud, my ceiling AND floor vibrated throughout the night. I had to sacrifice ***y nights of sleep and could not have proper rest. 3. Some of the staff need to be trained to serve guests better, as there was one lady by the name of Nisha at the Front Desk who never made eye contact with me throughout my 12 nights of stay at the hotel. She deliberately dropped her gaze when she saw me approaching towards the reception to get my card activated on most evenings. Very unprofessional behaviour which was totally uncalled for. 4. There was also another middle-aged *** at the reception who started treating me differently after I asked if I could book a massage to my room through Urban Company. It is very common to get body massage during tiring trips and his change in behaviour after I requested this was very unsettling and made me feel uncomfortable towards approaching him thereafter. Thankfully, there was a really good, hygienic and safe spa (Spa Blu) close to the hotel where I then headed for my treatment. 5. The service standard from housekeeping was inconsistent. I never had my black tea replenished during my stay there, and after a certain point, I gave up requesting for basic amenities which should have been there after each room service. The housekeeping staff could have been more attentive in vacuuming the room properly and clearing hair from the bathroom drain. On one of the days, I also had a duvet which was stained badly and thankfully replaced by the tim
