服務總體很好，入住和退房都會主動幫忙拎箱子。住宿中管家式服務，回覆很快。客房的景觀很不錯，能看到撫仙湖的美景，視野範圍較大。民宿的位置很好，離湖邊較近。早餐的煎雞蛋和藍莓都很好吃。陽台的泡池很不錯，能邊泡澡邊看湖景。
提幾個小不足，建議改進：
1.房間的紗窗門特別難拉，不夠順滑，建議軌道上點潤滑油或者是別的什麼辦法。
2.陽台竹子做的遮陽棚，竹管裏面有大馬蜂在裏面築窩，建議排查一下。
3.早餐口味不錯但品種太少，與同級別同價位酒店相比還是遜色不少的，建議至少還是弄個咖啡機給客人自己磨個咖啡，還有菜品實在不夠豐富。
4.酒店網紅打卡下午茶的人太多，以至於中午以後太吵，並且位置有限，導致花更多錢的住店客人根本沒辦法體驗酒店的一些配套服務，因為都被下午茶客人佔滿了，所以大大幹擾了明顯是付款了更多錢的住宿客人的體驗感。
5.用餐的性價比極低，不論是湯鍋還是西餐簡餐，食材的水平配不上高昂的價格，可以理解吃飯這麼定價的原因，因為這個價格的附加費用是遊客為景色買單。但是，建議給住店客人就餐給與一定的優惠力度，因為他們已經在住房部分為景色買了遠比下午茶客人高得多的單了，就餐的部分不該再讓他們為景色再買一次單。

Le strutture dell'hotel sono molto intime, la testa di letto fornisce carica wireless, e la testa di letto è anche morbido e duro. Pochi hotel possono farlo. Per me, non posso dormire con una gonna morbide, è solo una garanzia di dormire di alta qualità.Inoltre, il buffet è molto ricco per la colazione mattina e la sera, e le specie di frutta marina sono più ricche saranno meglio.
Non importa se adulti e bambini, il valore emotivo è pieno, vogliono davvero venire per la seconda volta!

UUtente ospitePiu'amore di Hilton qui, hahaha, sono molto provocante per le persone che sentono molto più di quanto si aspettasse!Prima di andare, il bambino sta venendo a prendere un bicchiere di acqua di gomma blu!Il bambino deve vivere nella stanza di piscina al primo piano.La visione di Anseo 101 è fantastica per impedire la privacy può tirare il sedere. Il personale è molto entusiasta e carino, e i piccoli prodotti sono particolarmente comodi.
Per dire che dove si può migliorare, la piscina è accettabile come un punto di prezzo perfetto per la manutenzione dell'acqua calda.

UUtente ospiteWe are American expats living in Hong Kong and came to Kunming area for our school’s Easter holiday. We cannot say enough about this beautiful hotel, located in a picturesque village along the northeastern coast of Fuxian Lake. Positives: 1. the location is AMAZING. The village itself feels very Mediterranean and houses over 30 boutique-style hotels. 2. This specific hotel has the most beautiful Chinese garden. My husband and I spent ample time just sitting in the garden chatting and looking at the beautiful flowers. They also have a basket swing our kids played on. 3. The design of the hotel is beautiful…..thatched roofing and wooden doors on the outside, reeded ceilings with wooden beams on the inside…..it all looked so warm and lovely. 4. Our specific room was a 2-level lake view family suite that had a terrace outside the upper level bedroom (which was the “master”). The view from this upper bedroom was so gorgeous….prime view of the lake. 5. The bathroom in our suite was modern and seemed to have some kind of heating fan over the shower area which was an added bonus. 6. The breakfast was traditional Chinese style. By this time, we were at the end of our trip and were a bit tired of rice noodles for breakfast (we are used to western-style breakfasts), but as soon as we tasted this hotel’s rice noodles, it was easy to forget we were tired of them. They were delicious! The owner also served us steamed milk and some kind of sweet steamed bread. It was all very tasty!
Negatives: I truly do not have any. And I usually always have something I critique about hotels. But this place was truly a 5-star stay for us. It was gorgeous and the owner was so sweet.

In primo luogo, la posizione geografica dell'hotel è così bello!Il traffico intorno al mercato notturno di Guanglong è molto conveniente. Tutti sono molto facili e velocemente, sia per andare al centro della città sia per le attrazioni turistiche vicine. Inoltre, ci sono molti cibi intorno, tutti i tipi di cucina locale e ristoranti di alta qualità che ci permettono di gustare diversi cibi ogni giorno durante il nostro soggiorno, e ricchiscono notevolmente l'esperienza di viaggio.
In generale, non c'è nessuna scelta da hardware, qualità del servizio o ambiente circostante.Mi permetto di godere di alta qualità di comfort e comodità durante il viaggio.

MMaomaoemLa stazione preferita per i bambini in tutto il viaggio.Il servizio di stanza della reception è molto buono, in particolare il numero 011 è molto paziente e attento, e il tipo di camera è stato aggiornato e vivere più comodo.L'hotel è pieno di elementi marini dall'aspetto all'interno, che può attrarre gli interessi dei bambini immediatamente. Il cassaforte dell'acquario del lobby è un grande punto luminoso, con performance di pesce bellissimo ogni giorno.Ci sono molti luoghi di gioco nell'hotel (la maggior parte richiede un'altra tassa), e i bambini dell'hotel possono giocare senza uscire.La colazione è molto ricco, soprattutto i bicchieri di facciata sono molto piacevoli. Anche se molti ospiti sono vicini, il supplemento di piatti è opportuno. Ci sono molti luoghi di gioco di alta qualità intorno, e vivere qui per due notti è molto felice e ricca.

UUtente ospite酒店位置很好，距離熱鬧的街道很近，然後住的地方也算安靜，不過距離大馬路有點近，如果是有大貨車經過還是會聽見一點聲音。 入住的時候有送下午茶，看見有帶着孩子還會關注到孩子的一份。地理位置和環境衞生都可以，但是設計上有些地方非常不合理，洗手間是乾濕分離的，可是浴室裏麪沒有可以放乾衣服的地方，讓人沖完涼要光着身子出來找衣服穿？雖然説是一家三口，但是也是非常不便利的，這個我覺得是可以優化一下的。投屏不清晰，看得有點辛苦，這個設備有跟沒有沒什麼區別。小姐姐的服務還是非常不錯的。

UUtente ospiteL'hotel è nuovo decorato, le strutture sono molto nuove, il bagno è secco separato, il cappello è intelligente e i prodotti di letto sono molto puliti.
Il capo è particolarmente buono, perché è meno di noi in autunno. Ci ha mostrato due tipi di camere con letti grandi e letti di calibro. Dalla progettazione del bagno si può vedere che è fiorito nel design. Le sale e le caviglie di letto sono insieme. Le caviglie e le piogge di scatola sono separate, più adatto per i viaggi di amici che si concentrano sulla privacy.

EEva13I had a very comfortable stay in this small hotel. The room was big enough and everything was very clean, the bed smelled nice and the owner is very kind and ready to help. The location is nice too, a bit away from the main street, so it is very peaceful at night, but still close to all the places in the city. If you prefer to stay in a smaller more private place than a big hotel, then this is a good place for you! Highly recommend it!
