L'ambiente non è male. La lobby è al primo piano. L'hotel è in stile appartamento. Ci sono 4 ascensori in totale. Ci sono ostelli della gioventù e altri hotel al piano superiore. Gli ascensori sono generalmente sufficienti verso le 19:8 Nelle ore di punta ci sono così tante persone nell'ascensore che devi aspettare a lungo. Anche altri proprietari di appartamenti hanno animali domestici, quindi chi è allergico agli animali domestici dovrebbe scegliere con attenzione. Questo hotel dispone di un parcheggio gratuito, ma è limitato. Se non ci sono parcheggi nelle ore di punta, il personale aiuterà a spostare l'auto, questo è abbastanza comodo, perché è sul lato Tianfu Second Street Global, quindi è un po' lontano dalla città minuti per arrivare in macchina. Tutto il resto è molto buono. La camera è grande, pulita e con aria condizionata. È stato anche molto veloce, forse perché è aperta da molto tempo, e le strutture della camera sono un po' vecchie, ma tutto per il resto va bene. Anche il personale è molto gentile e attento. Nel complesso, è molto adatto per viaggiare con la famiglia e anche le strutture circostanti sono molto convenienti! Piace anche allo staff👍🍔

This is an Apartment/Hotel. Not easy to locate this hotel. It's about 15 minutes walk to the Metro Station which is near a huge mall with lots of food outlets.

The ladies at the front desk were really kind and helpful, even though there were language barriers. The location is nice and central.

Chengdu became a trip to remember, especially because of my hotel accommodation at Nicesoe Hotel. If you have an early return flight scheduled, this hotel is one of the best places you can find because of its proximity to the airport (roughly 20 minutes based on experience). Dayuan subway station (Line 5) is also 12 minutes away if you are just walking. Meanwhile, Saiho Mall and Citywalk also offer some varieties for local shops and bars. The service was also top notch for me. Shortly after the check-in, they got in touch by adding my WeChat and establishing the communication line. Through WeChat, they were able to check on me and offer assistance for much of what I needed for the duration of my stay. When I started my holiday, I actually sprained my left foot and they were very generous in offering their ice packs so that I can treat my sprain. In addition to these, they also suggested places of interest that I can visit around Chengdu. My luck was on a roll and I won lots of toys in the lottery. Unfortunately, my luggage wasn't enough to bring them all. Thankfully, one of their personnel, Rose, assisted me in shipping them back to my home city. The overall experience is amazing and I am totally satisfied with the services, plus the hotel room I got which was overlooking the city. If you are a first timer in Chengdu, I would really recommend this place! They are true to their word that they had posted in their basic information page: Any foreigner, of any nationality is welcome!

The service was amazing. The front desk staff lady was extremely nice, approachable, and helpful, even at 4am. The hotel staff as a whole is there whenever you need help and offers speedy assistance with superb customer service. The security is good as well. If you're a foreigner, the staff makes you feel taken care of and welcome, so don't worry about feeling out of place if you're foreign. The location is a bit far from where it's poppin in downtown Chengdu and the panda sanctuary, but the location is quiet and away from any noise. There are some small restaurants and convenience stores less than a minute walk away from the hotel, so the location is also good in that regard. As for room hygiene, the sink drain had a very bad smell that would only go away when we would wash our hands or faces, but the smell would come back quickly. It wasn't too bad unless we walked by the sink. The bathroom was relatively clean but the drain would occasionally smell, though not as bad as the sink drain. The shower mat it came with was dirty but we didn't use the shower mat. The toilet was rather clean as well as the rest of the room. Ayis did a fine job of cleaning, especially since we stayed for 5 days. The lobby and hallways were also clean. The laundry room's washer and dryer are free and operate in great condition. This hotel is a great choice if you want accommodations on the newer, functioning, and affordable side as opposed to the expensive international hotel chains in Chengdu.
