Il Chengdu Blue Horizon Royal Hotel è stata un'esperienza incredibile! Il design "Royal" incarna la qualità, con una meticolosa attenzione ai dettagli. Le camere erano impeccabili e la biancheria da letto era fresca e confortevole. L'ambiente era elegante e tranquillo, e la hall era imponente e accogliente, per un'esperienza davvero rilassante. La posizione è perfetta, con comodi mezzi di trasporto nelle vicinanze, rendendo gli spostamenti incredibilmente agevoli. Vorrei elogiare in particolare la nostra governante, Feifei. Ha comunicato con noi in anticipo in modo proattivo, non solo pianificando i migliori percorsi di trasporto, ma anche adattando con cura l'orientamento della camera. È stata incredibilmente reattiva e attenta a ogni richiesta. Dal check-in al check-out, siamo stati seguiti meticolosamente. Un servizio così eccezionale è un vero vantaggio! Tornerò sicuramente qui la prossima volta che sarò a Chengdu!

Great location and access. The rooms are very clean, modern and have a touch of a Japanese style. Compared to other hotels the room was a bit small but still enough space for a couple to stay. Can recommend to anyone. A big plus was that you could wash you laundry for free.

Stayed 1 night for Jessie J concert. It's very convenient. Just 10-15 mins walk away from the concert hall. I like the hotel for being next to a big mall. It's got everything to keep me occupied before the concert. Good supply of water and fresh fruits as welcome token. I'll stay here again for future concerts. China has smoking culture so remember to request for no smoking rooms.

Near metro station to get everywhere. Good location for interests.

Big and spacious room^^ I actually arrive hotel 7am in the morning, they allow me early check in, I really enjoy my stay there. Mall and subway is walking distance

入住成都藍海御華體驗超棒，必須誇誇行政管家周琴！從預訂房間開始，她就特別熱情，詳細給我介紹酒店的各種房型和特色服務，還根據我的需求幫我選到了最適合的房間。退房的時候，她還細心地詢問我入住感受，給我推薦了當地的特色美食。周琴的服務真的是無微不至，讓這次入住體驗格外美好，必須點贊！下次來這邊，肯定還選這家酒店 ，也期待再次得到周琴的熱情服務！

優點：離地鐵近，房間很大，設施很新，水也有4瓶，服務不錯，總體滿意！ 缺點：玻璃不太隔音，馬路上車按喇叭的聲音有點吵；房門也不太隔音，走廊有人説話房間裏用的一清二楚。

來成都三晚上，住了希爾頓，皇冠和藍海，結果性價比最高是最後一晚的藍海。設施新，送水果，衞片乾淨，周邊環境乾淨，安靜，早餐也不輸希爾頓和皇冠！而且價格是最低的！鑒於成都打車方便且不貴，真的建議沒必要選景區周邊！而且藍海離skp生命之啥很近，魔方吃完飯就可以溜達過去！

酒店房間乾淨衞生，管家周琴服務很好，全程熱情，房間每天都會送歡迎水果，早餐很豐富，選擇性很多，出門離地鐵口也很近，值得推薦！
