Nice hotel near the Panda Base. Zhong and Mrs He at the front desk are friendly and competent and got me set got the Panda Base and always helpful. . The room is clean and tidy, and the facilities are complete and convenient. It is 5 kilometers away from the Panda Base, which is relatively close. Great family owned dumpling store just next door

This hotel is located in Chengdu’s 3rd ring, nestled within a residential area with a few nearby malls. The front desk staff are very helpful and can communicate effectively in English. The breakfast offerings are average, but there are plenty of local eateries within walking distance that serve authentic dishes. A complimentary laundry room is available on the 13th floor, equipped with facilities for washing and steam ironing. While the in-room air conditioning can be inconsistent and the amenities are fairly basic, the stay overall is comfortable and pleasant.

Very nice hotel with very nice people. They were trying hard to speak English. It has a very good coffee shop just the bottom of the building. The hotel is very far from the city center but it is only 15 minutes drive from the pandas.

Nice clean hotel. Not too far to visit the Pandas. Nice to have two double beds as we were traveling with teenagers and the beds were big enough to share.

酒店位置不錯，離我要去的地方都挺近的。房間簡約乾淨，沒有異味，每天打掃得很乾凈。設施齊全，有熱水壺、電視等，基本需求都能滿足。服務也不錯，有問題及時解決，前台有免費的茶水和小糖果，很貼心。

帶孩子出來玩了幾天，一直住的維也納，主要是床比較大，帶孩子睡挺舒服的，而且房型挺好，又乾淨衞生，住了幾次感受都挺不錯以至於一説晚上住哪兒就開始看附近有沒有維也納，價格比較合適，而且附近吃的玩的出行都很方便，總體很滿意。

昨天給了很大氣的感覺，前台妹妹👯服務很熱情，安排的房間也很不錯，寬敞明亮，乾淨衞生，床睡得很舒服，總體體驗感很不錯哦

酒店離熊貓基地很近 還安排接送 司機師傅人特別好 一路有説有笑 房間好 服務滿分 有茶飲 裝修比較新

酒店很特別，大廳裝修的很有韻味，前台服務很棒，前台還有一個百寶箱，裏面都是一些日常使用的小玩意兒可以免費拿，非常貼心。房間很簡約大氣，配的洗護用品挺高檔的，很滿意的入住
