Хорошая квартира-студия недалеко от центра города. Находится прямо рядом с метро. Я жил на 14 этаже, но у них есть и другие квартиры. В квартире есть все необходимое. Даже есть варочная плита, однако нет кухонных принадлежностей.

第一次選這種公寓，坑的也是沒話説。。到了成都，打電話諮詢語氣強勢要聽安排，直接打斷想問的問題，作為外地人的份衹有聽安排唄……房間顯示11樓，結果到了不知為啥成為4樓……進門很大一股臭味，後面反應了，説讓阿姨來收拾一下，阿姨説打掃的挺乾淨的呀沒有什麼味……噴了兩下空氣清新劑打開了什麼排風還把抽煙機打開，無語…
雖然是一分錢一分貨，但此次深覺之坑啊啊啊 被子薄的不能在薄了，還加不到被子，空調開起鬨哄響又還很乾燥，搞的以為成都人過冬都是用薄薄的空調被……兩個人一晚上沒睡。。。外面下雨又很冷硬熬到10點退房。。。

設施：60，扣分原因:無線網絡不好，投影設備壞的無法正常使用，床墊過軟
衞生：70，沒有達到一天一打掃，且打掃衞生不細緻
環境：70，因為公寓的原因吧，玻璃很暗，透風效果不太行
服務：60，這個最主要的原因是因為發票，開票溝通不是很順暢好在已經解決。

地點很好， 靠地鐵站，購物廣場，吃的。
太吵，喇叭聲不斷。 電視遙控不聽使喚。 傢俱沒必要太多， 現得好像是放雜貨

環境衞生服務都很一般… 隔音也不好 就是比較喜歡高樓層吧 上電梯需要換乘 另外一部貨梯可以直接下去 但是會通過垃圾處 電梯衞生也很一般…

Location is very good. Metro station “Renmin North Road “ exit B is very close. On this hotel haven’t reception. You need call by phone when arriving in hotel. The my room is clean. Washing machine is available. It’s very nice, when you need wash clothes. If there is a dryer, it will be even better. The room have a kitchen. But haven’t spoon, bowls, dishes and pots. Personal of hotel is very polite and nice. I recommend. If I visit Chengdu, will come back this hotel.

交通便宜，離地鐵站很近，樓下有超市，水果店等，購物方便。樓下為好吃街，吃的比較好，相對來説，比較安靜。
