The hotel is old and not good for value. For this price can get a better hotel in chengdu No staff in concierge and need improvement the service Buffet breakfast with limited choice

Exceptional service as always! Whenever I visit Chengdu for business, this is my go-to hotel. The rooms are spotless, the breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options, and the staff are consistently helpful and professional. I especially appreciate the flexibility with late check-outs, which allows me to work comfortably in the room while waiting for my flights or meeting clients. Highly recommended!

had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The hospitality and service quality are excellent, making it a great choice for international travelers. Additionally, my friend accidentally left a notebook in the room after checkout, and the hotel promptly arranged for it to be delivered via express service. We truly appreciate the hotel's thoughtful assistance and outstanding service. Thank you!

Friendly staff, especially Will, the manager on duty. Location is strategic, easy to grab DiDi and you lots of food stalls nearby. The facilities a bit aged but well maintained.

Front line staff CoCo is very professional and friendly. She served us with speed and very friendly and caring. Even call to check whether the room are ok or do we need any other things. I and my friends will surely stay here when we come to chengdu again. Location also very good, 20 minutes to and from airport. There are many restaurants serving local food in front of hotel.

All Staff was great ! Especially the Young English speaking lady at the Check in counter " Libby" . Professional pleasant helpful I will definitely come back to the Renaissance

满意！！ it’s a good business hotel which has a lounge available for executive rooms and suite rooms Breakfast was lovely too! Just some little uncomfortableness with one staff at the reception but all other staffs were lovely
