Buone strutture e assistenza completa da parte della reception e dell'assistenza. La padronanza dell'inglese non è un problema. Souvenir gratuito al momento del check-out

Non potevo dire che fosse un hotel di fascia medio-alta con il marchio. Ho preso un taxi per scendere all'hotel e non sono riuscito a trovare la porta. Prima ho visto uno snack bar e poi un piccolo supermercato , l'intero edificio sembrava vecchio e vecchio. Parliamo dell'hotel. Un certo receptionist maschio non è abbastanza bravo e non risponde a nessuna domanda.

Le camere dalla 01 alla 05 sono vicine al cavalcavia e c'è rumore costante 24 ore su 24! È rumoroso! Se vuoi riposarti bene, dimenticatelo! Ad eccezione delle camere degli ospiti, le altre camere non sono dotate di accappatoi...

Location: Not centralised, but near Metro Station. There are great eateries nearby. Cleanliness: Very Clean Amenities: Well Equipped. There are Free Laundromat available in the hotel. Detergent and softeners are available for free. There is a gym as well and it's quite quiet at night. Room: Deluxe Room (Double Bed) with Bathtub. Spacious and clean. Soap and scrub for soaking is available in room. Only down side is that the air-conditioner is centralised and you can't change to cold air during winter. Other than that everything is good. Staff: Very friendly and helpful.

Check In earlier, front desk staffs very helpful to let us leave our luggage with the storage which made our travelling so much easier! One of the front desk staffs by the name 小杰 if not wrong, was very helpful in giving transportation guidance, travelling advices and places of interests with tips. And we requested him for “Morning Call” and he promptly called us at 6AM sharp as promised! We had very wonderful experience staying in the hotel as the staffs are well trained and professional in their disposition. Thanks again XiaoJie 小杰你很溫馨和樂意協助 The night scenery of the city from our view is nice too!

I am currently teaching in Zhengzhou and decided to visit Chengdu. I have loved Sichuan food for years and wanted to try it in its home. The Mercure Chengdu Jinglan was a great place to stay in Chengdu. The room was spotless and spacious—a very comfortable bed and pillows. The bath, though, was divine. I love having a good soak, and as a tall, big guy, it is lovely to soak in a long and wide bath. The staff at the hotel were cheerful and very helpful. The hotel is a good spot for someone wanting to spend a few days in Chengdu and see various parts of the city. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The location was the only thing that wasn’t perfect. Service, laundry room and gym were good. Room was massive and had great views.

Very nice hotel and friendly staffs

Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel, just a quick 15-minute cab ride from the city centre. Our loft room was perfect for my family - spacious and comfortable - and I was particularly impressed by the spotlessly clean and well-equipped laundry room, which was a real lifesaver during our trip. The staff made our experience truly memorable. Rowena at the front desk was incredibly kind and went out of her way to help us, and the cleaning staff were consistently polite and thorough. If you're looking for a reliable hotel with great service and a convenient location, I'd definitely recommend this place!

The room is clean and nice, the ventilation in the toilet is not that good, cigarette smoke from outside can be smell.

Our stay at Mercure was a very pleasant one! Rooms were modern, spacious and clean, bed was huge, and front desk went above and beyond to cater to our needs. Only feedback was that breakfast options are limiting and repetitive, and there was no aircon during the transition of spring - winter (no ventilation).
