Receptionist offered to upgrade the new room for us, with a bigger room size, after we made complaint of the smoke smell of the room. Compared to the other orange branch that I went, this branch is a bit old designed. And for the price, actually can get a room with bigger space elsewhere. Overall a pleasant experience. Only staircase accessible to the metro stations.

Room was very clean and spacious, front desk people were really nice and friendly. They delivered our food deliveries to our door and helped with our laundry.

We liked the room and the location of the hotel. The staff was kind and helpful. Good value for money.

This is my 3rd stay at this Orange Hotel. Superb location very close to Wenshuyuan MRT Line 1. Lots of street food and restaurants nearby.

Very enjoyable stay and a very cute hotel- orange everything! Great decorations around the hotel and although the automated curtains and lights took some getting used to (and came on in the middle of the night!) it was a comfy room indeed.

Located near Wen Shu Yuan Metro station (Exit K) 5min walk and you will reach Orange hotel. There are lots of F&B restaurants right below the hotel. Wenshuyuan tourist attraction is just round the corner 10min walk.

Good area decent sized room great service and clean environment

Unfortunately, it rained heavily, so we could only use the terrace a little.

Nice hotel. I stayed there for a month. Friendly staff, clean and good location.

Nice quiet location but still walking distance to some shops and restaurants. Hotel is tidy and looks nice. Staff at reception speak some english and doing a good job.

酒店位置很好找，就在文殊院地鐵口很近，出行很方便，去景點也都很方便，前台小姐姐們服務態度很好，辦理入住順利，前台的橘子很好吃，很甜，還有伴手禮，很貼心。房間跟圖片一樣，乾淨，洗護這些都是橘子的味道，很好聞。很滿意的一次入住。
