TF Suites

We only stayed one night so did not really get to take advantage of this place. If I had a week in Chengdu this would be a first choice. It was a small, well laid out two bedroom apartment with a kitchen and eating area. There is a lot of street food and restaurants nearby and it is very handy to the DongMenQiao subway station. We did have a little trouble locating it, but that was because I didn't check my messages. The young man who checked us in was clearly looking for us and came out when he saw us pass by. So I give the front desk a thumbs up (not so much the app on my phone). The larger bedroom had a lot of nice storage space. The small bed room was small, with little room around the bed. There was a little water damage on the wall, but everything was quite clean and well laid out.

This was our second time staying here. We stayed in the exact same apartment like the first time but on a lower floor. It's very easy to talk to staff if you have WeChat because they make a group chat for you in case you need anything. The location is very very good, and there are bars and restaurants nearby. Would highly recommend!

Location good. Service good but language barrier. Place smells of smoke and is unclean. Next to school which can be noisy.

as mentioned above the hotel is hard to find. i had to get a local help to find the building. even he struggled to find the building...eventually, after finding the person/housekeeper, who opened the door n said goodbye! a little briefing would have helped but i guess thats communcation/language issue. the lock is a password. The door DOES NOT lock from inside!!! that's kind of scarry, coz anybody with access to password can simply walk in! i struggled to open the door when i reached the suite at midnight. the rooms r decent but ordinary but may be good for families n friends travelling together. there were no welcome fruits or anything else except 2 bottles of water, so if u r hungry u have to make the trip down again.. there is no room service for u. the location is great with plenty of food choices closeby. the bathroom is very small ... anyway, i stayed just for the night.. locked myself in the room. the room is centrally airconditioned, raising and lessening the temp is not easy. i had called the number before taking the flight. Carson was very helpful n the added me on wechat to correspond.i think a signboard at the building gates may be helpful for future visitors!!!
