這家酒店的細節太圈粉了！管家帶進房間時，耐心講解了各種設施，特別省心。洗衣機和冰箱真的剛需，洗好的衣服晾一晚就幹，冰箱存的飲料隨時能喝到冰的。衞生沒挑的，到處都乾乾淨淨，設施也齊全，不用湊活。房間裏的飲料、水和小零食更是暖心，餓了墊一口超方便，服務又好又有人情味，下次來還選這！

Booked a two nights stay here and was delightfully upgraded to a suite apartment. The suite was everything one could asked for. There were ample space, laundry, dryer, automated toilets, bathtub with amazing views. Snacks in the room were free too.
There is also a butler service on wechat and you could ask for some info and also get hotel related services through it. I think that's a pretty convenient way for travellers to access hotel services. Kudos to that.
The location is still relatively close to the metro, but we took taxi most of the time. The good thing about it is that you could ask the taxi to come in and wait for a min, since they have their own lobby and carpark space.
The only two small issues are that 1) the ventilator in the common toilet probably got abused by the previous guests and now have smoke smell when we turn it on. And that's pretty annoying for an aircon room. 2) the staff wore shoes in the house when they first entered. I think without knowing the culture, it is good to not wear the shoes in first. Might make people feel like the room floors were not clean in the first place (even though the place was relatively clean when we were there).
Overall, I would definitely book this place again on my next visit to Chengdu!

Have stayed multiple times without issue but it’s quite disappointing this time round. Checked in and they didn’t even have a room key. Staff at counter wasn’t helpful and I had to keep calling up their other representatives on WeChat while the guy at the counter didn’t seem to care. Room eventually assigned was lousier than previous in terms of upkeep and staff couldn’t explain why - or help when bathtub wasn’t working. Used to vouch for their service but it seems that they are taking recent successes for granted

The service and rooms at this hotel were excellent! When we arrived there was a leak due to very heavy rains and the staff immediately upgraded us to an even better room! The staff helped us buy power banks online and helped track down our missing take away. The staff was so kind, friendly, and patient with our lack of Chinese language skills. The staff even gave us a farewell gift. We highly recommend this hotel!

真的是有求必應的酒店，一般有啥問題酒店都會第一時間去迴應,讓人很舒服，進入酒店第一眼看到這個大堂很乾凈，房間裏面很舒適，裝修風格我很喜歡，比較年輕簡約化，附近的早餐也很不錯，還有停車位， 有求必應的酒店誰能不愛呢。停車位很好找就在酒店地下停車場，附近也有很多有名小吃,出行旅遊首選的酒店,酒店的前台小盒子有很多小物品，很方便，房間很乾凈床很軟枕頭很舒服,主要空調有暖氣,.前台小姐姐服務很熱情哦！

一個不愛評價的人忍不住想評價一下，我是一個喝水很厲害的人，再加上這兩天喉嚨不舒服，喝水就更厲害了，昨天我讓酒店多拿了兩瓶水，都是免費給我的，今天給我打掃房間時候我不在，回來後發現房間裏面有4瓶水，多放了兩瓶，以前住酒店也一樣愛喝水，從來沒有哪個酒店注意到這個細節，雖然水不值錢，但是細節很暖心，另外衞生，服務，價格，各方面都很不牛喲，強烈推薦！

來成都旅遊無意中發現了這家寶藏酒店，酒店是新裝修的，大堂就在1樓，很方便，酒店裝修非常大氣非常上檔次，給人一種很美好的感覺。前台的小姐姐服務態度巨好，笑容非常甜説話也温柔一看都是專業培訓過得，給我詳細講解了酒店周圍的美食和好玩的。還幫我提行李到房間裏面。一進房間就是一種家的感覺，採光也很好。窗外的景色也很美好落地窗讓人有一種居高臨下的氣場。房間設施應有竟有，還帶一個浴缸。房間隔音也很棒，聽不到外面的聲音，一覺睡到大天亮。
