Amazing location, a few steps to the nearby metro station. Not a very noisy place but a very neighbourhood ish environment. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Facilitates are amazing especially their free laundry semi diy services The only thing I want is a bathtub and a longer stay there 🥰

Was satisfied with the hotel, so rebooked after returning from mountain trip. Value for money .

Nice good location

The receptionist are not well trained for such famous hotel and it’s in a big city. They don’t speak a word of English and don’t even try to use the language translate app. Very different compare to other hotel we visited in xiaojin and Emeishan. Attitude problem! On top of that we stayed 3 nights with horrible noisy guests till 3am. Can’t sleep at all. 1 star stay experience.

Well worth the price with such good location ( subway station just steps away and Chunxi walking street is walking distance) and excellent service. Will absolutely stay again if going back Chengdu.

Their location is real good if the hotel would indicate it is closer to TianFu Metro Station than by TianFu Airport Bus no. 18 as it is more than 20 minutes walk from the busiest 春熙路shopping area of where we were dropped off. We were mis-led by the information desk and locals to go by Bus no. 18 to reach to the hotel at night such that it was so late that 95% of the dineout places around the hotel were closed by the time we checked-in. Secondly, we were pleased that we were allocated to the top floor with a fantastic view, supposingly. However, it was strange that there was a slab of concrete built in the middle of the window that blocked the best view of the room. It is beyond my understanding to figure out the rationale behind such a construction! The last comment is about the self-washing facilities. Suppose a clearer instruction guides for the washing machine and dryer (the spin function in both machines aren’t working properly) could make customers' life easier. I like the sitting corner with a table in the room and services of the staff and can see they are eager to learn and would try to improve to a higher standard. I would recommend the hotel to others.

Nice hotel with good service

酒店設施齊全，衞生乾淨，環境好，服務也超級好！酒店就在天府廣場旁邊，去哪裡都不遠，坐地鐵打車都很便利，我們帶了孩子，酒店給加了床圍，還提供了小童牙刷和小童拖鞋，也太可愛啦。酒店的早餐也很豐富，還有免費的下午茶，兩個孩子特別喜歡哈哈。酒店停車很便利，總之是一次非常好的入住體驗，已經推薦給了家人！

退房太晚導致後面客人入住要等很久 雙人床在預訂時網頁上並沒有顯示有2種床型 Check in時才告知，結果一開始想訂的1.5米雙人床沒了，給了1.8和1.2的雙人床型，在強烈要求下給協調了一間1.5米雙人床，結果進去一看是間“面壁思過”房😂房間超級悶！衹好讓步給換成了另一個房型，酒店的地理位置還不錯，房間也還算整潔乾淨！但是房間沒有冷空調，只有熱的中央空調，給後面需要預訂的小夥伴提個醒。

酒店衞生做的還蠻不錯的，入住體驗感很好，服務也是沒話説，各類設施很全面，有洗衣房和健身房，24小時開放，很方便。前台李燦妹妹服務態度特別好，感覺很專業。入住期間感覺很舒服，推薦！

這次我們是第1次住美居酒店，發現這家酒店真的不錯，不但設施新，而且還很上檔次，無論是床的舒適性，還是便用的衞生用品，以及早餐等等。還有工作人員認真，熱情細緻地服務態度，都沒得説👍👍👍！今後有機會，一定會再次選擇住此酒店。
