周邊交通很方便，離成都東站很近。周邊吃喝玩樂的地方也都不錯。入住當晚感覺不太乾淨，幸好有備用的，所以自己動手換了床上用品及沙發套等，衞生間也有點兒異味。。。可能打掃的阿姨不太負責吧。不過主人很熱情，態度很好，有求必應。主人説她後來親自將衞生間做了徹底打掃，希望下次去能更乾淨清爽。
