Hello Hotel (Chengdu Longquan Oriental Huada Plaza Branch)

I was here for Lars' concert in Chengdu Donganhu, and this hotel provided many services that exceeded my expectations! First, you can reserve the transport to go and come back from the concert arena, which is completely free. They will make sure you are on the shuttle bus before they depart. All of us received 银耳羹 that night after returning from the concert. This is truly heartwarming after I have been exhausted from spending my energy and emotions in the concert, and some more it's a rainy night. I reached the hotel earlier than my check-in time, but the staff let me check in early at around 9 am after the cleaning service was done. She is so nice and friendly =) And on my last day before leaving, the staff helped me to order a Didi car service as I don't have a China phone number. I asked for her Zhifubao QR code so that I could transfer her the fees, but she doesn't want it :') so nice of her. The hotel offers great facilities as well. The water heater, kettle, and hair dryer are all equipped. Cleanliness is 100%. The room is spacious. Pillow and blanket make it hard to get up in the morning. I love the interior design of the room, especially the sofa. Chengdu is a good place to visit. Thanks to all the kind and sweet souls here who offer me lots of help! Definitely would recommend this hotel to my friends!

黃金乾淨整潔。服務熱情。周邊交通方便，吃的也多。非常不錯。預訂了非常多次。企業入駐非常不錯，下次還來。

酒店前台非常熱情，給人入住的第一感覺就非常舒服，房間環境也很舒適，冬天空調開暖氣也很足。跟朋友一起來看演唱會，沒想到酒店還有接送服務，接送的工作人員也非常負責，有耐心！！！回到酒店還準備了暖心小食。推薦來看演唱會的朋友們入住！！！

一人去成都看演唱會，還挺擔心看完人多不好坐車又不熟悉環境，確認酒店能接送才放心。酒店乾淨衞生，前台小姐姐很熱情，大巴車把我們送到現場等着看完再接回酒店。回去還有酒釀丸子。第二天退房有點小雨，小姐姐貼心的給了雨傘。
