Location is very good,10mins walking to MRT, to IFS,to taikooli.hotel is features with xiao du robotic helper.room only has 1 chair but i had requested for another 1 and the hotel staff provide it, good service.breakfast is on the safe side,not too bad and not too wow. Amazing mattress quality sleep like a baby.

Had a great stay at Manxin! 1. The hotel staffs are super friendly, welcoming, helpful and caring! Special thanks to the front desk staff (especially the manager girl ＜3) and the housekeeper (who left extra bottles of water for me knowing that I was a little unwell, even wrote me a heartwarming note) 2. I LOVE the design of the hotel and room! It’s super modern and pretty! The room is so specious and clean! The lights, curtains are controlled by smart system which is super cool. The TV is HUGE! Unfortunately I was not able to use the tv due to not having a China Mobile number (you may approach the front desk staff for help tho which I didn’t know) 3. The breakfast is super yummy with a great variety! It’s very affordable too (: recommend to add on for the hotel breakfast! Definitely gonna give a 10/10 rating and thanks every staff for making our stay the best one!

All is good, location near pedestrian and shopping mall. The staff is polite and friendly. Love this hotel. And They have Xiau Du. Cute😆

Fantastic location. Modern hotel facilities. Clean and comfortable. Few minutes walk to the shopping belt- Chunxi road, Taikoo Li area. Overall pleasant stay, highly recommended.

Had a really good stay in this hotel. 1. Good location- location is quite at the city center. Restaurants, IFS, malls, key shopping districts, pharmacy etc are all within walking distance. Very convenient. 2. Room- room is spacious and very clean and tidy. Nice a**osphere and modern decoration. On our first stay, the room temperature was a little warm and we were told that the heater is centralized, we can’t adjust it. The staff offered to change another room for us with aircon the next day. 3. Staff- i really have to give it to the staff here. They are super nice. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Upon checking in, they gave us a welcome gift and they served us hot tea with snacks. The staff- 小蒲and小袁recommended us which places to visit, which restaurant to go etc and even helped us to make calls to check with the places we wanted to go. Btw, those places and restaurants they recommended are really worth going👍🏻 They are very thoughtful too. Always offered us mineral water everytime we go out/ get back to hotel. One night, we wanted to order food delivery but not able to do so on our phone due to we do not have local phone number, so the staff(小蒲) offered to order food delivery for us using his personal phone and sent it to our room using the robot. During check out, the staff (小袁 )gave us a small farewell gift. 小袁 is very attentive too, she noticed i enjoyed the snacks, so she packed some for me to bring back🥹 Overall, excellent customer service and good experience. Would really recommend this hotel. ❤️

I had a really enjoyable stay here. Not only is the hotel extremely close to the key shopping district, the room felt modern and comfortable, with completely soundproof windows which meant a restful sleep. The staff were extremely hospitable and helpful, and the hotel has many small high-tech details that add on to a great experience, such as the little robot that sends your takeaway orders to your door :-)

Very good location not far from city centre and the shopping district chub Xi Rd and Taikoo li . Feel very welcome from the staff room very clean and smell nice . And good value for money

Got a family room for 3 pax and the room is very spacious and clean. Roomy enough for a king size bed and a super single bed, and still have space for 3 big luggage. The hotel provides self service laundry facility and the staff can help with the laundry when we are out visiting.. The location is good, just opposite of chunxi shopping street & around 15 mins walking distance from metro Chunxi station D exit via IFS shopping mall.
