We were very disappointed upon arrival to find only 1 pool instead of the 14 ******* advertised. After travelling for a few days in a car we booked this place so that our child could get some energy out only to be deceived by inaccurate advertising. Check in and service were outstanding.

Everything was wonderfully clean except the pool. We arrived Alan’s checked in at 9pm and thought a cool dip in the pool would be nice. They was some stuff floating on the top, hair and skin cells it looked like. We decided to skip it and go to sleep.

Comfortable room, array of excellent breakfast options. Very helpful staff, most especially Claire at the front desk. If you’re traveling through Binghamton, this is a great choice for a stopover.

You need a hot tub and the carpets need to be steam cleaned smells moldy.
