The staff and management do everything they can to make sure you enjoy your stay, and a promise made will not be taken back. It is wonderful to have breakfast in the restaurant on the 26th floor with a panoramaview of the city, and with an extensive choice of fresh items in the buffet. Bar, fitness and swimming pool give you the ultimate feeling of relaxation after the effort. With window and roomdoor open, energy-consuming air conditioning is unnecessary. Did you forget something? then it is already arranged before you expect it. The only downside is the lack of extra pillows, blankets and towels in the room, but no doubt the extremely dedicated 24x7 reception will inmediately take care of that on request. And surprise: a week after your stay you will receive a personal message from director Marcel Günther in which he asks if everything went according to plan. He invites you to please come back to his hotel if you need to be in the cultural city of Chemnitz. Chapeaux! ;)

The A4/A72 highways are only about a 3-minute drive away. The city center of Chemnitz can be reached after a 10-minute drive, and the Sachsenring in approximately 18 minutes.

Zum zweiten Mal das Hotel ausgewählt, und es war das richtige. Es ist sauber ,das Personal sehr freundlich und steht's für einen da. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend für jeden was dabei Die Zimmer gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Von diesem Hotel ist alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Und das Parkhaus ist kurz bei uns gut zu befahren.wir kommen wieder

Das Haus macht insgesamt - zumindest auf den ersten Blick - einen etwas antiquierten Eindruck. Allerdings war mein Zimmer sehr geräumig und gemütlich mit bequemen Bett und einem Schreibtisch, an dem sich auch gut arbeiten lässt. Ich bekam ein für mich kostenfreies Upgrade mit Zugang zur Dachterrasse. Der Service war nicht nur deshalb außergewöhnlich gut. Das Frühstücksbuffet war nicht die Wucht, für mich aber vollkommen in Ordnung. Kostenfreie Parkplätze etwa 50 m vom Eingang entfernt. Natürlich aufgrund Lage und Areal mit Wasserschloss zusätzlicher Erholungs- und Freizeitwert. Wir hatten eine kleine Veranstaltung organisiert und unsere Halbtagesgäste waren wirklich extrem zufrieden. Die Räumlichkeiten waren - spätestens auf den zweiten Blick - wirklich top! Normalerweise muss ich nicht in Chemnitz übernachten, aber wenn, würde ich hier wieder buchen.

Das Hotel/Boardinghaus liegt fußläufig zum Bahnhof in einem Wohngebiet. Der Eingang und die Zimmer öffnen sich über eine App, so ist das Einchecken zeitlich flexibel. Die telefonische Anmeldung lief schnell und unkompliziert. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, gutes Bett, Balkon, schönes, wenn auch kleines Bad. Wasser, Kaffee und Tee steht auf dem Zimmer kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Das Frühstück war phantastisch. Leider waren wir an den Tagen dort, als das Restaurant geschlossen hatte, wurde aber von Mitreisenden, die schon einmal da waren, wärmstens empfohlen. Auch von mir: Empfehlung für die Übernachtung.

Ho tutto quello che ho bisogno: spaziosa camera, internet affidabile, posizione centrale, comoda letto, personale utile. Ho anche una vista fantastica! C'è una sauna, ma purtroppo non ho avuto tempo di controllarla. Generale: molto buono. Solo una cosa era insolita: la camera igienica era separata dalla vasca.

Friendly welcome and helpful staff. Good food in the restaurant and the parking is only €3. The room was very large with everything one needs in it. The initial contact over the phone went very smoothly too. The whole place is spotless and welcoming.

Room: This is a budget hotel, so the rooms are a bit small, but there are plenty of creative use of space here and the room still has a desk and chair. If you've ever been to a Super 8 Motel in the USA, this place feels like a noticeable upgrade. The mattress was comfortable but the pillows caused some neck pain, would prefer firmer pillow options. There isn't a coffee machine in the room (forcing you to buy it from downstairs) but of course, Super 8 is a budget brand. Towels and soaps are included. Noise was quiet, our room faced the backside of the building. Wifi: I didn't run a test, but expect around 15-20mbps (maybe more) Zoom calls and streaming Netflix were totally fine. Service: Melanie (front desk person with glasses) was amazing, and provided a level of service I expect at an Iberostar resort or a Hilton hotel, honestly. Her English was fluent and was willing to use Google Translate to bridge some language barriers with some of the friendly Ukrainian guests. She had a kind attitude and was a delight to interact with if you had questions. For management, please promote her to a supervisor or management role. If all the other employees were like her, my review would be 5 stars. The cleaning staff were friendly enough, but knocked on our door at 8:50AM on a sunday morning to ask us whether we wanted cleaning or not which was a bit early for my taste as I was asleep. Please note, the front desk people in the night shift are not as fluent in English, so be prepared for some Google Translate and hand gestures. There was one particular gentleman (with short brown hair) that gave me and my partner some weird vibes. Asked very in-depth questions about our relationship instead of answering some questions we had about the hotel. Nothing happened, but just a very uncomfortable feeling. Location: This was very central to Chemintz Zentrum, also about 15 minutes to the Chemnitz Hbf by foot. Lots of food options around, honestly a very good location. Food: Breakfast wasn't too bad actualy for 12 euros. Automatic Expresso/Coffee machine, selection of juices, bread rolls + assortment of spreads, scrambled eggs, bacon/sausage, waffle/pancakes, and some cold meats. While there are cheaper options at some bakeries, this breakfast is worth it. NOTE: Because of construction, the parking garage is VERY tricky to get into. Basically, go in the bus/tram lane towards Biendo Hotel opposite of Stadthallen Park (if you're not from Germany, this is sketchy but it's legit). After 250m, you'll then see Vapianos on the left, turn into that area, there's a small road that hugs the building opposite of Vapianos. Then turn left into the Eins Energie building. Parking garage is on the right.
