Abbiamo appena terminato il soggiorno in questa struttura. L'hotel è ubicato in una zona molto tranquilla, vicino alla stazione della metro e al centro. La nostra stanza era pulita e confortovole.Giulio della reception è stato un valore aggiunto:ci ha fatto sentire coccolate e a casa!Grazie Giulio!

Ottima posizione, ottima colazione e camere molto comode e silenziose. Un apprezzamento particolare a Giulio che si è mostrato molto gentile e disponibile a soddisfare tutte le nostre richieste. Consigliato.

I meet up with an old friend a couple of times a year and the weekend just gone (8th/9th March 2025), the destination was our old stomping ground of Chelmsford. Over the years I've stayed in hundreds of Premier Inns, all over the country, but have to say, this one is probably the nicest! Generally speaking, all Premier Inn rooms are clean, but its the people (staff) that make a good/nice hotel. The room was spotless and the staff were all friendly and very efficient. When I came down for breakfast, both staff members had lovely souls, very happy and chatty first thing on a Sunday morning. The food cooked by the singing chef was also spot-on. I will definitely stay here again.

The new social area made the stay very relaxing. Everyone from the manager the bar staff and even the chef made me feel we’ll looked after Breakfast was great, service was great all round. Staff very friendly and polite. Shame about the building site out the window ( not your fault though) Paul Jaggard

We stayed at the Chelmsford Premier inn so that we could go to a friends wedding at a local venue. A lot of the wedding party was staying in the hotel and when we arrived on mass for Sunday breakfast they coped brilliantly ( despite having an oven not working). They were friendly and efficient whilst working under pressure, so a big well done to them. Our room was clean and tidy and exactly what we have come to expect from Premier inns. Highly recommended.

We were part of a wedding party. Staff were excellent on Sunday morning when we pretty much all descended for breeakfast at the same time. Kitchen was down an oven but the chef kept up with demand and all the staff were helpful cheerful the whole time despite being rushed off their feet. They deserve a medal 🥉

We had an amazing time the staff were the best we have come across- so helpful and attentive. Thank you . We were here for a wedding and it made the experience relaxed and enjoyable, spending time with family in a great environment.The breakfast was really good even though it was busy everyone did their best to prepare everything we needed.
