Located on a roundabout so very noisy.
No aircon and it is a really hot hotel, so hot they don’t bother supplying duvets.
Breakfast was v poor, rehydrated mushrooms, cheap sausages, coffee machine was broken, the juice dispenser was filled with water…..
Not impressed, please don’t waste your money staying here.

Cheap and nasty unfortunately. Just about palettable for one night but unless you are desperate, go elsewhere. The room was pretty dirty and had stains etc. Not good enough

The room carpet was stained with what looked like foundation cream, this was also splashed along the side of the mattress. The breakfast room/bar is the same area as reception and looks and feels like a canteen.

Not an enjoyable stay: room & bedroom reeked of rotten eggs, bed uncomfortable, outdated decor, dirty carpets. Shower temp was erratic. Not up to usual standards. Had to open windows in winter to air out. Wouldn’t recommend in all honesty.

I stayed here with my husband who is blind and has an amputated foot the staff especially Debbie and dawn went above and beyond to help us every day they were amazing The rooms are clean and tidy and would recommend to anyone Thank you so much staff x

spent 4 nights from the 8th dec stayed here before many times great location gave me ideal base to visit my dad who was in broomfields hospital for a couple days and keep an eye on him when he was allowed home.his home just a 5 min walk from hotel.Great location if your love cricket also plenty of shops pubs and restaurants although the food in the bar cafe was very good friendly staff millie and sophie in the evening work really hard booking customers in working the bar and cooking food will definitely stay again

I'd like to say a big thanks to Dawn, Jeff and Debbie for there brilliant customer service this morning got me off to a good day .breakfast was great ,plenty of choice like sausage, bacon, scrambled egg,fried tomatoes, mushrooms,hash browns and beans with a choice of brown and white bread Pancakes Croissants Cereals Yogurts Tea Choice of coffees and juices

Cleanest travelogde I’ve stayed at, hotel staff are really freindly and really helpful. Food is decently priced and nice. Check in was easy and simple. The rooms them selves are quite big and spacious and again are very clean. Would recommend.
