The Hotel is Very well located, Just few steps from the Kasbah and the old town.
It has lovely views from the rooms of the Rif mountains.
The staff is very nice, they helped to relocate us in a different room, they speak various languages.
Although I have to say they even though we saw the pictures of the Hotel online, the front desk lady, gave us the worst room, and the Hotel was almost empty due to low season.
Being honest, this is NOT A 4 Star hotel. For many reasons, at best a 3 star and stretching it. The decoration and furniture are VERY OLD, the windows in our room where broken so they didn’t close well. The Bathroom mat had holes in it, and the closet doors didn’t close well too. Some of the hall decoration looked very sad and very used, also it lacked light in it.
The breakfast was very poor in its variety, (no fruits, or vegetables, no yogurt or cereals).
It’s not a bad place, but if you are looking for a 4 star accommodation or amenities, this is not the place for you.
I don’t think it was a fair price for what they are offering.

La caratteristica di questo hotel sta nel fatto che è situato nella bellissima e fascinosa cittadina di Chefchaouen scoperta dal turismo di massa da pochissimi anni. La struttura è tipica marocchina, semplice, niente fronzoli. Buono il ristorante a buffet, personale gentile e solerte; bella la vista panoramica dalla balconata arricchita di una piccola piscina. Va bene x una notte.

4 stelle? Ok che non siamo a Rabat o Casablanca, ma quest'hotel può essere considerato al massimo hotel a 1 stella. Camera disastrata, letto matrimoniale accostato al muro, lenzuola forse lavate, ma non stirate, piastrelle del bagno rotte e wc instabile da cui sono quasi caduto. Colazione indecente su tavoli non sparecchiati dalla sera precedente e qualità pessima. Forse sarebbe meglio intervenire con urgenza e togliere almeno 3 stelle.

The worst hotel which we ever stayed for our past 20yrs of traveling . Do not be deceived my the photos. We do not event graded it as 1 star . Staff are unhelpful and rude when refused to change the room for us . Hairs on the pillows and sewage smells from the bathroom. Hotel SUCKS

Super location right on main square. So, easy access to explore the "Blue City." Only drawback is that the food is, at best, adequate. Great views from pool terrace. Rooms have either that view or over the city/square.

The hotel is in a great location right by the Kasbah and right amongst the action with great views of the surrounding mountains. The public areas are in reasonable condition but the hotel is probably about a 2.5 star. The rooms are basic but clean and adequately furnished. The breakfast was fairly typical and uninspiring featuring mostly dry bread type products and the like.

The location of Hotel Parador is very good, just a gentle walk to the edges of the Medina and also a selection of restaurants. The room was not very big, but comfortable size for one night. The wifi worked well in the room. There was a fair amount of noise from the hallway. No alcohol served here. Breakfast was average. No fruit and watery scrambled eggs.

Beds were awful, toilet in our room didn’t flush & the hotel manager was rude on checkout.
