location is close to the airport but there is a young lady in the reception is so bad and i have not been treated this way as a guest in the hotel before. Not recommended at all. Be cautious.

I enjoyed my stay. Was hoping for a hot tub and pool but it is what it is !! See you next year.

Goof for one night for flight

Early flight to Arizona my son is moving

Bathroom door lock was broken, if you locked it from inside it would not open and had to call the maintenance to unlock it. The sink drain was clogged. No extra comforters even when the room was booked for 3 people with a sofa bed.

Beautiful swimming pool! The room is clean and staff are very friendly! Amazing

Not the best of experiences. Wet room floors, unfriendly reception and somewhat insensitive and disconnected staff. Could have been a lot better.

Check in was a breeze. Room was clean, comfortable and reasonable. Great location very close to Airport.

The facility is under renovation. The location is right near the airport so nice if your flying and only spending 1 night in Buffalo. The hotel room was a little dirty when I filed a complaint the hotel was great and accommodating with Excellent customer service i recieved from Kevin and Brooke. Getting the money back from trip.com was a whole other experience. Despite my issues I would book again with the hotel but I will not be booking through trip.com every again. Their customer service is horrible and they have no number to call...you have to communicate via their chat or email.

Very convenient for the airport. Also has a gym Staff very friendly. Very good shuttle. Good value.

Nice hotel for the price, staff very friendly and helpful from front desk, to cleaning staffs and maintenance. I will book here again. Close to the airport.
