Hotel in zona Církev-Bratrská Jednota Baptistů, Cheb

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel dopo anni e con mia moglie abbiamo apprezzato tutti i cambiamenti dell'hotel - eccellente cibo, dipendenti molto amichevoli, Nespresso Tea e Caffè a nessun costo nella nostra stanza, compresa l'acqua minerale ripiena ogni giorno. Soprattutto.Ci piaceva il colazione e il cibo.Una bella selezione di vini. Siamo stati davvero sorpresi.

L'hotel è originario degli anni settanta, cosa che si vede dall'esterno e non può nemmeno cambiare. Avevamo prenotato una suite junior con un arrangement romantico. L'appartamento era situato nell'4.Etage. Camere e bagno erano stati ristrutturati e molto puliti. Ma perché non si è scambiato il vecchio scrivania e la valigia, rimane il segreto dell'hoteliere. Le applicazioni in Beautyfarm sono state un bene, sia il massaggio della schiena che il trattamento facciale. Tuttavia, è particolarmente importante la cucina e il servizio. Ovunque e quando, sempre amichevole, utile e presente. I due cena (1 x candle-light cena, 1 x A-la-carte) erano molto deliziosi e erano ricchi porzioni. Molto buono rapporto prezzo-benefici. Anche al colazione tutto era ottimo. Selezione a buffet, personale in cucina e servizio .... Piccoli gocce di vermut: Quando siamo arrivati all'hotel sabato sera alle 22.45 dopo la visita alla presentazione a Luisenburg, la completa gastronomia era già chiusa. Ci sono stati anche diversi gruppi, tra cui circa 20 ospiti, in sala. Abbiamo avuto un drink sul portale notturno, ma avrebbero voluto anche usare il bar dell'hotel per il detergente. Che il bar era chiuso appena alle undici, non potevamo capire per un sabato sera.

This is one of the best hotel of this chain in Marianske Lazne. I would like to mention several main areas…. Room…Spa procedures…Eating. Room…We had an executive suite containing two small rooms with balcony and the bathroom. Rooms were nice, but not everything was working properly. Defect on the floor just behind the main entry doors was quite weird and the first impression was quite bad. It was not possible to manage the Air Condition system directly from the room even though there was some remote control unit on walls. This was second bad impression. There is a large TV in both rooms. Bathroom was nice, quite cold without any floor heating. Towel warmer in the bathroom did not work. Another bad impression. Bed was large enough, mattress was comfortable. But what was really horrible are pillows and duvets, sheets and total bedding full of some artificial not comfortable materials. This was really bad. Spa procedures were just perfect. I enjoyed many of them and always I was satisfied. Nothing to add. Just use them. Eating…We had a half board scheme. There was nothing I was missing during breakfast. Quality of all food was just perfect. Dinners were delicious. Buffet form of dinners is something you really enjoy. General conclusion? This was a really good stay. The staff here is really friendly. Atmosphere of the hotel is very positive. There are several details in the room which need some refurbishment, but the overall service, as I felt it, was above high average. Parking…it is possible to park your car here. There are not many parking slots in front of the hotel, so the service must be reserved in advance.
