We stayed here for 3 nights in May 2025. The location is perfect right by the airport. There is a patio area with tables and chairs, overlooking the garden/grassy area. The grassy area overlooks the airport apron so you can sit and watch the planes and helicopters come in and out! The views of the mountains are amazing from the yard! We were able to wait for our flight at the tea house, instead of the airport! There is even a gardener taking care of the grounds. The food is good, and service excellent. For the EBC trek, this is the best tea house we stayed in. There is free WiFi and charging. Beds are comfy and rooms clean. This is a cute little spot and we would definitely stay again.

Best place to stay in Lukla on the way up or back. Ideal location near the airport. Very convenient to wait for the plane in case of flight delays. Tasty food and drinks. The owner Nima can help with porter and lodge bookings along the route. You can also leave him a return ticket and he can change it to another date if necessary. Definitely recommend.

We stayed in this lodge one night before our flight back to Kathmandu/Ramechhap. The owner was very helpful; he confirmed our return flight for us after just having sent him a short message. Also we only briefly mentioned during checkin that it was my boyfriend's birthday the next day; during breakfast he surprised us with a birthday cake with even his name written on it! Very delicious food and beautiful dining hall. During diner, the staff switched on the heating matresses in our room so when we went to sleep, it was very cozy and warm in our beds! Hot shower in the room and there was even a hot water heater (did not try it out) with teabags! Definitely would recommend this lodge. Thanks again for the warm welcome and this great end to our vacation!

I've been staying at this hotel eight times since 2010. Dawa Sherpa and his family are very hospitable people. I always get help in choosing lodges on my route and book it for me. English-speaking porters are being selected for me. When I have difficulties at the airport due to the weather, they help me to fly to Kathmandu. Many thanks for Nima, who assisted me this time. The location of the hotel near the airport is very convenient. It has all the amenities and at the same time you will be greeted by the real interior of the Sherpa people. The kitchen is great. The hotel is always in demand and filled with guests. I highly recommend it.

Best lodge in Lukla We love it and the manager make good flight ticket us. We have already our flight ticket from our agency Great Panorama Treks and but in Lukla the hotel manager recheck the ticket and they make good timing and let us be ready at 6.00 morning so we flu rights time from Lukla to Manthali. Thanks.

This lodge is close to the airport. Our room came with attached bathroom, but we have to walk one big round through the restaurant up one level to another bathroom for hot gas shower, which was really troublesome after a long day trek. The food was ok, the restaurant was good. The room felt a bit cold. The place was quite full at the time we stay, due to the flights in Lukla only operating partially in the morning as a result of the weather. The internet was not ok during one part of the afternoon, the staff explained that it was due to the instability of the network in Lukla. The lodge has a large field, where the dogs and puppies will run around and play with each other, fun to play with them.

É a "porta de entrada" de Lukla, tem a vista linda para as montanhas e também dá para ver a pista do aeroporto. Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo gerente Nima, o assistente Salin e toda a equipe maravilhosa. Quarto confortável e tudo funcionava bem no banheiro. Nima e Salin foram super prestativos e nos ajudaram até a monitorar o nosso vôo de retorno que atrasou.
