Hotel in zona Vons, Chatsworth

Siamo qui per un matrimonio. La mia ragazza ha chiamato l'hotel per ottenere una sconti di gruppo speciale, a condizione che un certo numero di ospiti prenoti una stanza in nome del gruppo (non ricordo le richieste di un numero specifico, forse cinque), Inoltre, se il numero è abbastanza, si può aggiornare alla suite oltre alla sconto sul prezzo.Viviamo nella suite, ci sento bene!Questo è un hotel Courtyard, quindi non ci sbagliaremo mai, e questo hotel è migliore di un hotel Courtyard ordinario. La stanza è molto buona, così è la piscina, ma non c'è un bagno caldo: (ci sono molti cibi intorno, ci sono ristoranti da scegliere all'hotel.Ci vogliono circa 20 minuti per guidare attraverso la montagna (Topanga Canyon) alla spiaggia.Ci sono molti negozi vicino all'hotel, Cio'di cui sto parlando si riferisce a un chilometro di più o a circa tre chilometri di distanza.Siamo molto soddisfatti di questa sistemazione, ma forse non siamo disposti a pagare il prezzo pieno per vivere in questo hotel, che è completamente accettabile se è inferiore al prezzo indicato dal governo.

This review is for GRANADA INN in Rinaldi st, GRANADA HILLS & NOT for any other hotel or inn with same name in Los Angeles or anywhere in the world. I RARELY give a BAD REVIEW but I need to share our experience last Mar 5: 1) WI-FI did NOT work despite numerous attempts of the efficient receptionist😓 2) TELEPHONE did NOT work too. - I had to walk to the office to complain 3) TV did NOT also work 😞. However, it was later fixed by front desk staff. 4) WORST THING for this handicap room:😫 -The bathroom FLOODED😨, at least 2 inches water. My husband only washed his feet. I made sure knob/ handle was tightly closed. But an hour later, WATER was everywhere. There must be a LEAK somewhere. The shower drain was obviously clogged for that much water to accumulate😫 in the whole big bathroom. Although it was so late, staff moved us to the next room. Very INCONVENIENT & CUMBERSOME! 😩 but necessary. He brought lots of towels but they were not enough to cover the bathroom lake. My husband ALMOST FELL in the water😥 while I was packing. I had to go in fast (when I heard him going inside) before an accident could happen. DANGEROUS bathroom scenario. 5) Next Room (room 102) Problems: a) HEATER did not work properly-😢 I had to raise temp to 89 to adequately heat the room. Previous room (#101) was warm enough with temp set @72. b) BATHROOM DOOR😭 It looks so sturdy & feels heavy but when my husband (who’s weak & wobbly after his hosp discharge that day) tried to open & slide it, but the door somehow came off & HIT his head.😢Fortunately, I was able to catch him before he would fall to the floor. I had to push that door against the wall. Thankfully, the glass was not broken🙏🏻. He later complained of moderate to severe headache. I’ve had 2 recent surgeries for cancer 🙏🏻& lifting ＞5 lbs is not allowed at this time but with my husband’s predicament & near accidents, I had to exert so much effort 😫 to support his 200 lb weight & prevent him from falling down. 6) HANDICAP PARKING It’s located in front of the reception area. That’s NOT appropriate since the handicap room is NOT nearby. My husband had to walk with difficulty😢to our assigned room. HANDICAP PARKING should be RIGHT NEXT to the handicap room. I had to suggest that when we first check in & when we checked out. Minor inconveniences: 1) limited parking 2) noise from the freeway since it very, very close to 405N entrance 3) no working vending machine (work order for repair mentioned by receptionist) in the facility at that time. Unfortunately, there’s no complimentary water bottles for guests inside the room like most hotels & inns now provide. You have to drive to the gas station to buy them. I had to ask the front desk guy to give me a cup of water for my husband to take with his meds right away. I sent an email concerning our issues during our stay to 2 depts, including customer service but received NO RESPONSE, as if they did NOT care at all. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Be VERY WARY of this place... We’

Courtney era molto accogliente.

Aveva un breve soggiorno, ma dopo un lungo viaggio dalla baia, era sufficiente per rilassarsi nel loro jacuzzi, che era molto bello avere completamente da noi stessi.

Le mura sono di tintura e di tornino. Ascensore e sbarchi sporchi con tinture. All'esterno delle porte esterne, molti butti di sigarette come non erano stati raccolti per giorni!!! La stanza e il bagno erano puliti! L'hotel ha bisogno di un miglior manager di strutture. Non mi fermerò di nuovo!

Il personale era benvenuto e utile. L'hotel era estremamente pulito e la decorazione sembrava nuova ed elegante. L'unico disappunto che mi ha fatto è stato il colazione continentale. Se rimango, portero' le orecchie per il treno mattinale che corre dall'hotel.

La zona si sentiva al sicuro, il personale era grande e la stanza era di valore, e l’unica cosa che mi piaceva era il bagno in una stanza di sostegno e le cose uscirono e si secchevano all’interno. Ho dovuto pulire il bacino due volte perché sembrava la stessa cosa dopo che il giorno dopo il servizio in camera è arrivato.

Hotel was almost PERFECT! great food places around, near six flags, and right off the freeway. Clean room and beautiful bathroom. Only thing about our visit was the AC, it didn’t seem to cool off more than a certain temperature. Thankfully there was a fan in the room.The room felt a bit stuffy but other than that it was a great stay.

Di solito sono un grande fan di questo hotel, ma questa volta intorno a loro avevano programmato una manutenzione di corsa e chiuse la piscina il giorno in cui ci siamo fermati, senza dare agli ospiti alcuna informazione sulla chiusura. Abbiamo letteralmente prenotato solo una stanza per passare il giorno nella piscina, dal momento che era vicino a 95 gradi più nella zona, se ci avessimo avvertiti della chiusura che avremmo guidato a casa o prenotato una stanza in uno degli hotel vicini. Quando abbiamo chiesto qualsiasi tipo di compensazione, il desk ha detto che non potevano aiutarci o offrirci nulla.

La stanza è pulita e igienica, le strutture di base sono completi, il servizio è buono, la colazione occidentale è generale, il rapporto costo-beneficiario.Satisfacente.
