"Errore è stato prenotato per una data precedente, ma il ricevitore ha fatto bene a riparare anche se non mi sono ripreso la data prenotato. Non mi aspettavo molto da questa prenotazione di bilancio, ma aveva più di quanto mi aspettavo per il prezzo. Compacto, buona posizione, accogliente e tranquillo + 2 bottiglie di acqua di complimento "

"Excellent location close to metro and train. Close to many restaurants and shopping. Room size is excellent with nice layouts and service is excelletnt as well. Offer a nice free coffee bar in the moning at the lobby. The only draw back we found is the washing/dryer machine in our unit is very dirty. Plus the program to wash and dry takes over 4 hours which is way longer than it should be."

"E'con Sofitel, Novotel sotto un gruppo, la camera è molto spaziosa e confortevole, ma senza bagni e scarpe è molto normale in Australian Hotel.Traffico conveniente e vari ristoranti e negozi vicini sono tutti luoghi in cui questo hotel merita un'aggiunta"

"Check in was Ok, we were there too early but they held our bags and allowed called us well before check in time which was nice. The directions to the room were difficult and initially we were told the wrong way to go. The receptionist had a little bit of attitude but eventually we made it there. Room was huge had nice views with decent balconies. Bit dated but all good. We didn't use the room too much but seemed ok. TV in the bedroom didn't work but beds were good and plenty of space. We liked the pool but the spa wasn't working. You're surrounded by shops and eateries which we enjoyed. Friendly area and felt safe with lots of families around. Check out was fine and again held our bags so we could explore a bit more."

"The location is very handy. 10 mins walk to train, metro, and bus stations. Shopping mall is just a 5 minute walk. Restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. Gym is well equipped. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. However, one day the cleaner didn’t close our door properly, luckily nothing was missing from our room. The main issue is the construction noise and dust. We paid extra for an executive studio with a balcony. However during our stay, the site opposite our hotel was under construction. Cement drill and digger created constant loud noise and dust from 7am each day Monday to Saturday. The construction only stops on Sunday. We could not open the balcony door for fresh air until evening. Another small problem was that the dryer at the 3rd floor was broken for the whole week. The hotel provided us with access to the dryer at the 5th floor, which was helpful."

"The hotel is near to the metro station. There are shopping malls and dining room nearby. Front staff is friendly and helpful. The room is cozy, neat and tidy. It kinda feel like home Cooking area are well equipped and all are properly functioned. The washing machine and dryer are well performed as well. Overall, a spectacular place to stay overnight in Sydney. I will consider to stay here whenever I travel to Australia in the future 😸😸"

"So I was impressed with a few things. Firstly, the outside is older looking and could do with a redo. The ammenities were actually pretty good. The hair dryer was a brand new looking Dyson thing. Pity I don't use hair dryers. It was fairly quiet from the road noise but there was someone upstairs making noise at 7am on a Sunday morning. Not cool. No sleep in and so it ruined it a bit for me. Otherwise the place is ok for the price and I'd stay there again. Just not with the noisy cleaner or whatever it was. Squirrels, possums, elephants. We'll never know."

"Per la posizione, è difficile da battere, ma probabilmente la prossima volta troverò qualcos'altro. Camera pulita per lo più, ma il bagno in comune non è stato pulito durante il nostro soggiorno (2 notti). Asciugamani non puliti e l'angolo cottura era al piano di sotto, pieno di cibo degli ospiti che avevano prenotato un soggiorno prolungato. L'aria condizionata in camera era bloccata a 18 gradi, ma non faceva freddo, quindi la finestra aperta offriva una brezza migliore, ma mancava la zanzariera, quindi gli insetti ci hanno dato un po' fastidio. Anche il ventilatore era acceso al nostro arrivo, ma era bloccato e non poteva essere alzato per migliorare la temperatura. Potrebbero essere state le batterie scariche dei telecomandi, ma credo che sia compito della struttura verificarlo prima dell'arrivo degli ospiti. Sembra solo che non venga prestata molta attenzione alla manutenzione dei servizi."

"Hotel carino. Di solito buon valore per il prezzo, tranne quando sono quasi pieni, può diventare costoso. Ma la maggior parte del tempo buon valore per i soldi. Il personale è molto gentile e amichevole e la maggior parte delle camere sono pulite e comode. Alcuni stanze sono un po' grosse e date, ma sono lentamente ristrutturate. Tutti intorno a un ottimo hotel."
