It was a really pleasant stay. Was up in Sydney this Christmas to attend some stuff. Was able to have a quiet and enjoyable stay in the hotel. Location was wonderful, close to all the shop. The layout of the apartment was great, plenty of space for a solo traveller. The balcony was handy as usual. The bed was comfortable. Highly recommended, would stay again in the future.

Location is good. Housekeeping is very friendly and in good quality. However, the hotel in general is very old. The problem is you cannot cook, even you boil some water will have a chance to trigger the alarm. If you only stay for a few nights, that is ok. If you want to stay longer, it's a bit expensive . There are hotels better than this one in the surrounding area.

Very near Chatswood train station. Easy accessible to get around. Lots of eateries and cafes. Shopping malls as well. We have booked a room with 2 bedrooms for 5 of us. Spacious for us. 1 room with big bed and another with twin bed plus a big sofa bed. This room is good for family. Able to see sun rise from the balcony. Hotel staff was friendly and polite. Will definitely book this place when we are back to Sydney. Thank you

In general, the room was clean,big and had all the amenities we need. The only problem was that the room was really hot so we had to blast the AC for 30 min. The front desk was also really helpful and called us after we left a charger in the room. Overall, great place to stay.

So I was impressed with a few things. Firstly, the outside is older looking and could do with a redo. The ammenities were actually pretty good. The hair dryer was a brand new looking Dyson thing. Pity I don't use hair dryers. It was fairly quiet from the road noise but there was someone upstairs making noise at 7am on a Sunday morning. Not cool. No sleep in and so it ruined it a bit for me. Otherwise the place is ok for the price and I'd stay there again. Just not with the noisy cleaner or whatever it was. Squirrels, possums, elephants. We'll never know.

For the location, it’s hard to beat but I’d probably find something else next time. Clean room mostly but no shared bathroom cleaning whilst we were there (2 nights). No fresh towels and the kitchenette was on the floor below and filled with food from ‘extended stay’ guests. The air con in the room was stuck on 18 but it wasn’t cold so the open window gave a better breeze but the fly screen was missing so the insects bothered us a bit. The fan was also on when we arrived but it was also stuck and couldn’t be turned up to help with the temperature. Could have been dead batteries in the remotes but I feel it’s the establishment’s job to check that before guests arrive. Just looks like not much care goes into maintaining the amenities.

Hotel carino. Di solito buon valore per il prezzo, tranne quando sono quasi pieni, può diventare costoso. Ma la maggior parte del tempo buon valore per i soldi. Il personale è molto gentile e amichevole e la maggior parte delle camere sono pulite e comode. Alcuni stanze sono un po' grosse e date, ma sono lentamente ristrutturate. Tutti intorno a un ottimo hotel.

Buona doccia, pulita, ma leggermente lontana dalla stazione ferroviaria.

This is not really a deluxe room; it’s very basic. It seems to be an adapted space, likely from the former reception area. It only offers the bare minimum for an overnight stay. The breakfast is very weak, with very few options (barely enough to be considered as “included”). But it was ok. There is a bus stop within a 3–4 minute walk, and metro stations are about 11–12 minutes and 21–22 minutes away on foot.
