Great Place to stay, just near moon beach so a little stroll from all the restaurants. The staff are so polite and friendly. Th As this is a smaller hotel than the bige rooms clean and well appointed. We like double beds so just a matter of pushing the beds together. Lots of parking so that was great as we had a hire car. Happy hour 4-6 was fantastic with really tasty snacks. Breakfast was lovely. As this is a smaller hotel they do so well at looking after their clientele. F

酒店很新，環境非常好，距離美國村也很近，隔壁希爾頓酒店，出租車去那霸國際通大概4600日元，酒店早餐比較簡單，套餐➕熱拉麪包等。出海看鯨魚也很近，10分鐘走路就到了。

My three-nite stay was amazing! The room was very clean, comfortable and had all the amenities of a luxury hotel, all with a beautiful ocean view. Along with the breakfast which was included in my plan, they had afternoon tea service, which I unfortunately missed, and the happy hour was a wonderful surprise. The red and white wine selections were splendid, along with the yummy appetizers. To top it off, the friendly, hotel staff was excellent, especially Ms. Rodriguez who is bilingual and a true asset to this beautiful hotel.

I’ve stayed here several times for work and I love it! Everything is impeccable from the decor to the food to the service. Everyone is so warm and gracious. It’s centrally located in Chatan steps from the American village. Most of the rooms are suites and they’re decked out with plenty of amenities. You can open the sliding glass door to the balcony and experience the balmy Okinawa air. A delicious breakfast is included as well as nightly Happy Hour. I wish all hotels were like this!

全ての部屋がクラブラウンジ利用付きとフロントでは言ってましたが、予定サイトで表示して欲しかった。朝食はメインを和食か洋食で選びましたが、和食の小鉢のそれぞれの味や品揃えが期待ほどではなかった。夕方のカクテルタイムのメニューは楽しめました。

好きなテラスホテルの系列なので期待していましたが、テラスホテルのホスピタリティとは全く違いました。先ず宿泊前に電話で｢カールドライヤー、くるくるドライヤーはありますか？｣と分かりやすく聞いた答えが｢熱が出るのならあります｣変な答えと思いながらもカールドライヤーはあるのかと確認したら、あると言うから持参しないでチェックインすると、あったのは｢ヘアアイロン｣使いずらく旅行中大変困りました。ラウンジの食事も美味しくは無い、テラスホテルと雲泥の差ですし、ラウンジに入る時も誘導がないから座って良いのかウロウロしたり、帰る時は女性スタッフ3人が固まって大声で喋っていて私には目もくれない。チラッと見ると慌てて｢ありがとうございました｣と言いました。また新聞が朝日だけないから男性スタッフに｢他の新聞はあるけど朝日は無いの？｣と聞くと｢下から上がって来てないので｣…そうじゃなくて調べて欲しかった。また用事でフロントに電話したら女性の返事が｢うん、うん｣社会人なんだから｢はい｣と言うべきでは？他にも事前に電話で予約したサンセットクルーズの集合場所時間はチェックインの時に伝えると言われたが、それも無かった。 他にも色々あるが、ソフト面よりハードは良かった。すぐ来るエレベーター、隣室の物音が全くしない、各階にあるランドリー、コンパクトな建物だから館内移動が楽など。 願わくば食事の質を上げるかラウンジ利用無しのプランを作るかしてくれたら次回も利用したいとは思う。 テラスホテル好きから言うと、テラスホテル系列なら、テラスホテルの食べ物のレベル、ホスピタリティを学んで欲しいです。 向かいの系列レストラン2店にはどちらも気の利くサービスをしてもらいましたが。

Arty boutique hotel run by proven Terrace Hotel Group. Highly recommend for those with a style who like to stay away from Hiltons!

새로운 곳이라 그런지 엄청 깨끗하고 직원들 친절하고 조식이 뷔페아니라 더 좋았습니다. 아이랑 같이 갔는데 침대 추가해주셔서 더욱 만족 스러웠습니다. 담에도 아메빌가면 여기에 투숙할 예정입니다 아 오션뷰는 더욱 만족스러웠습니다

Pros: beautiful minimalistic rooms and common spaces within the hotel, quiet ambiance, friendly staff, high quality local dishes, short walk to American Village and restaurants Cons: the bed is a bit hard for my taste, unreliable room wifi, lots of kids during busy times Overall, I’ll definitely be back!
