Room is on the smaller side but with a good balcony. The decoration and greens in the hotel were incredible. Lots of food and services are available which made our stay quite enjoyable.

It’s a very nice hotel for family. We’ll come back again next time.

Nice hotel with good service. The location is nice and near the American village. The view from the window is awesome.

Great location - just a street next to the American village, which has a variety of food options nearby and touristy stuff to do! Amazing breakfast - the hotel offered a few main course as breakfast options complemented with a salad bar. Taste of food was delicious! Stylist hotel design - the interior of the lobby is very artsy and spacious. The hotel room is nicely furbished with comfy colours and modern designs as well. Overall I had an amazing stay in there.

Very kind and helpful staffs at the hotel. Overall satisfaction is high. The room is very clean and comfortable, yet just a bit too dim for overall lighting, hope to have more lights in the room. The club service was really good, love the idea that customers could enjoy refreshments for free almost throughout the day. There’s a high chance of me staying there again, if I would like to have a quiet time during my trip.

The location and service are the best I ever have in Okinawa.

Nice and quiet location near American Village. I was assigned a lower-floor harbour view room which looks over the carpark in front of the hotel. Hotel staff was kind to move me to a higher floor room at my request. Nice breakfast, comfortable room and decent facilities. Only thing to complain about is probably the gym (little equipment).

服務人員很有耐心。在我們反應房間有噪音以後，第一時間協助我們更換房間。非常感謝讓我們有好的體驗。

M B北谷畫廊酒店離美國村有十分鐘的步行路程，旁邊是希爾頓酒店，對面有琉球的牛，這個區域較安靜，美國村購物非常一般沒有什麼有牌子的專賣店或商場以旅遊小商品為什麼主，主要多是一些餐飲例如啤酒屋這些放嘈雜的音樂。酒店分灣景和海景，灣景就是我住的景觀，因為酒店的位置不臨海在小鎮裏所以衹有少數高層海景房景觀好，其他的都一般。經營風格是快捷式，沒有度假休閑的氛圍也沒有檔次，沒有迎賓和坐着辦理入住，但是他們家有空房的話下午一點就可以入住，辦完入住有一杯飲料提供。7樓的lounge 所有房型都可享受，空間高有海景，但酒店經營非常不專業，下午2點到4點是下午茶時間，兩個工作人員在大聲聊天，茶點有蛋糕這些但口味和品質很差非常非常的甜，我去了hanon 鬆餅店排隊進的，也是太甜太甜無法吃，可能是美國甜度吧，中國人會覺得加這麼多糖完全是犯罪。下午4點到6點是酒類時間，有零食和涼菜，涼菜吃了肚子不舒服咕咕叫，我想着要是真的是變質的東西上吐下泄的話就麻煩了，還好也沒有。早餐入住時預約得按時間去，一份主餐加自助區域，兩樣都差，點了B套餐，等半天，煎魚油太多魚肉老到卡牙縫，自助東西很少，小蕃茄吃到好幾個壞的。這個酒店不像是專業做酒店的人開的，專業的很重視餐廳，不過我現在搬到旁邊的希爾頓也不行，價格還高。酒店是新酒店房間打掃得很乾凈，沒有異味，總體，美國村這邊可住可不住。
