Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti, passando al futuroscopio. Coté hotel, niente da dire... il standing di un Novotel... con in più la piscina molto piacevole con forte calore... Bemol, il ristorante. Non all'altezza di un Novotel. Personale molto (troppo) giovane... un po 'maladroito.... Vergogna ???? Formula troppo costoso per ciò che è proposto. 28€ !!! Per un “buffet d'ingresso” molto medio, un burgher decepzionante; contro buffet deserto ok. Ha notato che il piccolo dej è EXTRA !!! Con il personale di gestione che gestisce !!! ( che è meno il caso di sera )

We visited the Mercure travelling back to the UK, instead of actually visiting the Futuroscope park which the hotel is built to accommodate for nearby. We had a pleasant and comfortable stay. The location was very convenient, being all but a roundabout and peage away from the A10, and the breakfast we had there (the restaurant was closed for dinner) was a very good buffet selection at a reasonable price. The bed was comfortable although the pillows were not the best - the shower and bathroom albeit small was also good. Generally, although the room lacked space and comfort, it was functional, new and had a nice themed design. We particularly appreciated the USB slots in the room. Finally, we were very appreciative of the hotel’s COVID-19 safe initiatives - this included one way lifts, mask-wearing, lack of tea and coffee in the room (it could still be made downstairs or on request) and your own ‘grabber’ for buffet breakfasts. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay as comfortable as possible.

Hotel di base vicino al Futuroscop. Camere funzionali. Pulizia. Tuttavia, come molti recensori hanno già menzionato l'organizzazione del colazione, è necessario procedere a un esame. Ovviamente tutti vanno a colazione prima che il parco apra e in tal caso la stanza diventa estremamente piena, la gente combatte per il cibo e il livello sonoro è troppo alto. Il succo di mela troppo zuccherato (commento da un bambino di 5 anni), nessuno di noi poteva finire le loro uova scrambled. Piastre e tazze sono molto piccole (i pancake sono circa due pollici più grandi di diametro delle piastre!). Quindi abbiamo aiutato noi stessi con un primo servizio, mangiarlo e tornare per secondi e terzi. E ogni volta tornate alla fine della linea (troppo lunga) e aspettate di nuovo. In generale una esperienza non piacevole per iniziare un giorno. Sono stato disidratato anche prima di arrivare al parco. La prossima volta pagherò più e andrò da qualche altra parte.

On positive side the hotel provides privilege access to futuroscope parc and visitors get to go in 30 minutes before visitors who don’t stay at the hotel. Room is clean, breakfast is included and acceptable. On the negative side where do I begin.. the bed was horribly uncomfortable and didn’t get sleep for 2 nights. All the noise from outside(other rooms or corridor or outside) was coming in as if there were no walls.. No restaurant for dinner(not practical for the evening you arrive as you can’t go into the park for dinner unless you buy a complement ticket just for the evening)…

Questo hotel è stato un ottimo trovato! L'abbiamo prenotato molto l'ultimo minuto, dopo un fermo in Futuroscop in rotta alla nave da Roscoff. In primo luogo, il personale è così gentile, amichevole ed efficiente, dall'iscrizione al colazione assistente. In secondo luogo, le camere sono pulite e ben mantenute. Le pareti sono state freschi dipinte, nuovi mattoni, quindi tutto è fresco nonostante sia un hotel più vecchio. Avevamo una camera doppia Comfort, quindi era abbastanza grande. Le camere sono così tranquille - abbiamo avuto la migliore notte di sonno qui senza nulla di rumore esterno. Il colazione è stata eccellente - c'è stata una buona selezione di pane, yogurt, succo, carne/cheese. Ci è una tavola da piscina in fondo, più una piscina esterna. Sicuramente consigliere a chiunque visiti il Futuroscop.

Personnel très dévoué et sympathique. Petit déjeuner varié et copieux. Le tout pour un prix très modeste: 50€ la nuit. La preuve que les PMR ne coûtent pas plus cher...

We visited the Mercure travelling back to the UK, instead of actually visiting the Futuroscope park which the hotel is built to accommodate for nearby. We had a pleasant and comfortable stay. The location was very convenient, being all but a roundabout and peage away from the A10, and the breakfast we had there (the restaurant was closed for dinner) was a very good buffet selection at a reasonable price. The bed was comfortable although the pillows were not the best - the shower and bathroom albeit small was also good. Generally, although the room lacked space and comfort, it was functional, new and had a nice themed design. We particularly appreciated the USB slots in the room. Finally, we were very appreciative of the hotel’s COVID-19 safe initiatives - this included one way lifts, mask-wearing, lack of tea and coffee in the room (it could still be made downstairs or on request) and your own ‘grabber’ for buffet breakfasts. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay as comfortable as possible.

On positive side the hotel provides privilege access to futuroscope parc and visitors get to go in 30 minutes before visitors who don’t stay at the hotel. Room is clean, breakfast is included and acceptable. On the negative side where do I begin.. the bed was horribly uncomfortable and didn’t get sleep for 2 nights. All the noise from outside(other rooms or corridor or outside) was coming in as if there were no walls.. No restaurant for dinner(not practical for the evening you arrive as you can’t go into the park for dinner unless you buy a complement ticket just for the evening)…

Hotel di base vicino al Futuroscop. Camere funzionali. Pulizia. Tuttavia, come molti recensori hanno già menzionato l'organizzazione del colazione, è necessario procedere a un esame. Ovviamente tutti vanno a colazione prima che il parco apra e in tal caso la stanza diventa estremamente piena, la gente combatte per il cibo e il livello sonoro è troppo alto. Il succo di mela troppo zuccherato (commento da un bambino di 5 anni), nessuno di noi poteva finire le loro uova scrambled. Piastre e tazze sono molto piccole (i pancake sono circa due pollici più grandi di diametro delle piastre!). Quindi abbiamo aiutato noi stessi con un primo servizio, mangiarlo e tornare per secondi e terzi. E ogni volta tornate alla fine della linea (troppo lunga) e aspettate di nuovo. In generale una esperienza non piacevole per iniziare un giorno. Sono stato disidratato anche prima di arrivare al parco. La prossima volta pagherò più e andrò da qualche altra parte.

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti, passando al futuroscopio. Coté hotel, niente da dire... il standing di un Novotel... con in più la piscina molto piacevole con forte calore... Bemol, il ristorante. Non all'altezza di un Novotel. Personale molto (troppo) giovane... un po 'maladroito.... Vergogna ???? Formula troppo costoso per ciò che è proposto. 28€ !!! Per un “buffet d'ingresso” molto medio, un burgher decepzionante; contro buffet deserto ok. Ha notato che il piccolo dej è EXTRA !!! Con il personale di gestione che gestisce !!! ( che è meno il caso di sera )
