This hotel was a great find! We booked it very last minute, after a stop in Futuroscope en route to the ferry in Roscoff. Firstly, the staff are all so polite, friendly and efficient, from check-in to the breakfast assistant. Secondly - rooms are spotlessly clean and well maintained. The walls have all been freshly painted, new carpets, so everything is fresh despite it being an older hotel. We had a Comfort Double Room so it was quite big. The rooms are so quiet - we had the best night sleep here with no outside noise at all. Breakfast was excellent - there was a good selection of breads, yogurt, juice, meat/cheeses. There’s a pool table downstairs, plus an outside swimming pool. Definitely would recommend for anyone visiting Futuroscope.

Fervent client des hôtels du groupe Accord je n’ai jamais vu un service d’une aussi piètre qualité. Pas de place au restaurant de l’hôtel passe encore mais pas de service en chambre comme indiqué sur le site, c’est indigne d’un hôtel**** et qui plus est assez hallucinant pour les clients dudit hôtel obligé de trouver à se restaurer à l’extérieur. Aucune prise en charge, réceptionnistes passifs voir même blasés….l’emplacement est bien si vous allez au Futuroscope et c’est le seul point positif malheureusement. Chambres mal isolées.

Abbiamo soggiornato in hotel due settimane fa. Abbiamo prenotato una stanza in questa struttura vista la vicinanza con il parco, senza troppe aspettative. Appena arrivati, siamo stati accolti da ragazze molto Gentili alla reception. Visto il nostro francese non molto fluido , con nostra sorpresa ci ha illustrato il nostro soggiorno un uomo ITALIANO sulla 40ina d’anni. Gentilissimo e di bella presenza, sicuramente il padrone di casa ( vi confesso che se non fossi sposata mi sarei fermata a bere un bicchiere di vino con lui :) :) ) Passiamo sul piano ristorante : Personale di sala di bella presenza ( mio marito ne sa qualcosa) Invece per quanto riguarda la cucina, fantastico il caffè gourmet con piccola pasticceria assortita.

Basic hotel close to Futuroscope. Functional rooms. Clean. However as many reviewers have already mentioned the breakfast organization needs to be reviewed. Of course everyone goes to breakfast before the park opens and in such case the room becomes extremely crowded, people fight for food and the noise level is too high. Apple juice way too sugary (comment from a 5 yr old kid), none of us could finish their scrambled eggs. Plates and trays are very small (the pancakes are about two inches bigger in diameter than the plates!). So we had help ourselves with a first serving, eat it and come back for seconds and thirds. And every time get back to the end of yhe (too long) line and wait again. Overall a not nice experience to start a day. I’m drained even before getting to the park. Next time I’ll pay more and go somewhere else.

Nice hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. Pool was small but adequate for a dip. Kids enjoyed it. Walking distance to Futuroscope. Maybe 15 minutes walk. Lots of free parking at the hotel. Ate at the restaurant. Good value and nice food. Friendly staff. Bar had some family games like cluedo which was a nice touch and kids enjoyed that. We didn’t pay for breakfast but found a great little cheap and tasty boulangerie across the road. Really recommend that to sit in for breakfast. Staff spoke English at reception and cleaning staff did a good job. Would stay again.

It os supposed to be a 4 star hotel, but it feels like a 2-3… The breakfast is nothing special, borderline disgusting, in fact it made 3 out of 5 of us vomit. Unrelated to the park because it happened before we went to futuroscope. The room, was super hot, you can not control the Air Conditioner, they do… all you change is the fan speed. The window was so stuck we couldn’t open it the first day, so we slept hot… The second day we were determined to open the window so we finally got it budged open by a bit of force. It says online that pets allowed, yet you pay extra for nothing that includes pets, nothing for the pet itself to me thats pointless and just extra money for nothing. There should be atleast a pet bed or some area to accommodate them or even dog sit them while we were at the park. There is not, or if they have they did not inform. Is it convenient location? Yes, it is pretty close to the park, less than 10 minutes to it and there is a more direct entrance that leads you basically towards the middle of the park. Overall, we were not satisfied with our stay there, definitely not worth the price. And Id label this a 3 star hotel. Beautiful outside on its structure, convenient location, but inside its average, specially the floors/halls have this weird hospital smell.

La maggior parte delle volte siamo solo viaggiatori/turisti! Come seriamente cosa vuole la gente? ! (Voglio dire quelli con commenti e recensioni spaventose) sono rimasto fortunatamente in grandi hotel in tutto il mondo e non posso dire meno di questo. Servizi professionali e puliti. le letti erano puliti e colazione era anche grande. ecc... Non è un nuovo hotel di marca sì, ma chi ha detto che la Francia è un nuovo paese? ! Siamo buoni! Sicuramente rimarrà lì lì l'anno prossimo per la grazia di Dio. Xoxo

Hôtel très correct, peu bruyant, personnel sympathique et serviable. Légère odeur de cigarette dans la chambre mais tout le reste très propre. Douches et toilettes ok.
On apprécie toujours le petit déjeuner bien fourni !

Bon accueil, personnel sympathique, literie très bien, bon petit-déjeuner, bien situé (15mn à pied environ du Futuroscope). Marquage au sol sur les trottoirs (ligne verte à suivre) très pratique au départ des différents hôtels pour se rendre au Futuroscope. Nous y avons passé 2 nuits en famille.

We have stayed in this hotel before but the room was tired and shabby. Ok, so it is cheap and clean but the room was cold when we arrived and it had been booked in advance so to put the heating on should not have been a trouble. One sheet on the bed and a red bed cover, which had burnt marks on it, left us sleeping in our jumpers and with the electric fire on.Ample car parking and a friendly receptionist but the rooms need to be smartened up for us to visit again.

Très bon accueil simple et chaleureux, chambres très propre. Nous avons bien aimer les chambres familiale avec espace séparé. Choix pour le petit dej important, il y en a pour tout les goûts. A proximité du Futuroscope (5 min max en voiture). 10 min à pied d un buffet chinois. Centre commercial a proximité. Je recommande

AAurélie LSuper hôtel. Chambre très propre. Nous avons adoré le calme. Aucun bruit durant la nuit. Les petits déjeuners a volonté sont top également. Le personnel de l hôtel est très accueillant. Si je peux trouver un point négatif c est vraiment la localisation du parc ,nous avons eu beaucoup de mal a le trouver.

UUtente ospitePersonale simpatico, camera con clim, molto buona letteratura. Petit dej perfetto, solo un timo perché più succo d’arancia ma che è stato sostituito da un in bottiglia, ma molto buono. Niente da rimproverarsi al contrario. Ho l’indirizzo nel mio libro.

On positive side the hotel provides privilege access to futuroscope parc and visitors get to go in 30 minutes before visitors who don’t stay at the hotel. Room is clean, breakfast is included and acceptable. On the negative side where do I begin.. the bed was horribly uncomfortable and didn’t get sleep for 2 nights. All the noise from outside(other rooms or corridor or outside) was coming in as if there were no walls.. No restaurant for dinner(not practical for the evening you arrive as you can’t go into the park for dinner unless you buy a complement ticket just for the evening)…

Mercoledì 19, ho voluto prenotare una camera per la mia famiglia per le date del 28 e 29 giugno. Purtroppo non ho visto che la data si sia modificata per riposare alla data del giorno. Il nostro contesto personale è particolare perché mio marito soffrisce di una grave malattia e siamo in attesa di una trapianta. E' tanto che vi dico che non dormo molto e che sono in uno stato di esaurimento avanzato, il che spiega che ho mancato di attenzione. Per cambiare idea, e poiché non possiamo andare in vacanza quest'estate, decidiamo di offrire ai nostri figli di 6 e 9 anni una fuga al Futuroscopio. In breve, ricordo l’hotel dal giorno successivo (oppure il 20): la persona che ho al telefono mi indica che devo ricordere il giorno successivo per avere il responsabile. Invia comunque nella serata del 20 un mail esplicativo in attesa di avere questo signore. Mi annuncia che non può fare nulla e che avrebbe dovuto essere ”tenuto cura”. Le spiego il contesto, che sono ovviamente pronta a fare una nuova prenotazione (prendendo i piccoli biscotti per tutta la famiglia). Questo mi indica che il massimo che può fare è una rimissione di 9 € (quando ha appena beneficiato di un arricchimento senza causa di + di 60 € ?). Io resto abossurde per così poco di comprensione e di’umanità e non consiglio quindi questo istituto.
