We absolutely LOVE this hotel!! The views are unbeatable, the location couldn’t be better, staff is kind, the list goes on. We checked in really late (honestly 4am Wednesday when we were supposed to be there the night before, but no one seemed annoyed and the staff was WONDERFUL.) I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. I included a picture from the bed of the sunrise!!

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is a decent sized hotel with around 20 floors. The building and parking garage are shared with a bank and the hotel’s restaurants. The view from my room was cool. Location is good in the uptown area of Charlotte. I recommend this hotel.

Perfect location that’s walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, and the Spectrum Stadium. Close drive to comedy zone and other entertainment venues. The hotel is very clean with professional and friendly staff. Highly recommend it and will definitely stay there again.

I was surprised at how upscale the property was! It felt like I was a celebrity walking into that place! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

It is noisy for the air conditioner and some low frequency noises not know where it come from. Had a bad sleep at night.

My wife and I came to beautiful Charlotte North Carolina, and stayed at this wonderful hotel near the Spectrum. It was walking distance to the Eagles, the long goodbye concert, and it was fantastic. Food at the hotel was excellent and the accommodations was wonderful.

The premises were beautiful, the staff friendly and helpful. The amenities were great with the onsite restaurant, and a rooftop premier lounge.

Very nice hotel. Location was perfect for us: 3 minutes from the convention center where we were attending an event. Staff was extremely friendly and responsive
