Don’t let the nice pictures on the website fool you. This place is an absolute dump. Unless you don’t mind staying somewhere utterly filthy and so loud that you can get no rest whatsoever, don’t stay here! Someone used a knife and just stuck it back in the drawer without washing it. The towels were stained and had someone else’s hair in them. It looked like the floors hadn’t been cleaned in years. There were suspicious stains on the wall. Loud music was booming until past midnight. We paid for four nights but we left after one to find somewhere that was actually clean and quiet.

If you need to stay anywhere and I mean ANYWHERE in the Charlotte NC area and need to be close to the airport stay anywhere but this dump!!! If there’s a cardboard shelter available I’d highly recommend that over this place. Worst, I mean WORST customer service ever and if your a HH member that means absolutely nothing at all to them what so ever. I’m making sure myself and my colleagues not only don’t stay here but any Hilton branded hotel ever, seriously they have the worst service ever!!!

Flying back from out of country was hectic and stressful with a two year old. As soon as we got into Chea’s shuttle of fun all of that washed away. It truly felt like coming home with Chea at the wheel. She has great suggestions and wonderfully relaxing music. YOU ARE AMAZING CHEA! The front desk was so kind as well. The room was great for us to recover in, with fantastic showers and a homey feeling to help our toddler unwind in. Thank you Homewood suites!

The carpet everywhere we walked in the hotel and the furniture in our suite was filthy. The elevators worked for us but signs were posted about trouble they were experiencing with them. Grounds around the hotel we filled with trash. Not at all what I have come to expect from a Homewood Suites.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here at Homewood Suites Charlotte Airport! The hotel was very well maintained! The rooms were beautifully prepared and superbly cleaned! The worlds most friendly staff works here! They were very helpful and attentive to ours needs. Thank you all so much for your hospitality! We will definitely be back!

Dirty Dirty Dirty, do yourself a favor go elsewhere! From Hilton Member & Owner this is despicable! Would not bring us towels, had to go get, no Soap in Shower, Rugs dirty and Breakfast was sparse. Do yourself a FAVOR go elsewhere and this is from a Hilton Employee so you know it was BAD. We should be refunded.

Nice pool, Free airport shuttle Breakfast ingredients can be healthier and better quality. Coffee Brand can be better. Housekeeping can use more training to ensure clean rooms are received by guest. All rooms main doors slam shut so hard making loud noise, slowdown mechanism can be used to shock absorb the Big bang. The gym is very smal, one person at a time, no cable pull stand, not all body parts can be exercised. C U Around.

Excellent stay for our family! Friendly staff. We stayed here the night before our flight. They offer 24 hour shuttle to the airport. They also offer parking while you are gone instead of using airport parking. We will definitely stay here again!

Handicapped rooms are physically at the furthest point from the elevators, with stairs(!) the closest access. Bathroom floor is a smooth marble death trap when wet. Tried to put towels down to cut down on slickness, but bathroom contains towels for one. So then i had to get more from front desk at other end of building. Only thing ADA accessible is the bathtub. Toilet is too low Thanks for putting a sour note on the end of my vacation, Hilton.
