Two furnaces as well for winter stays.All appliances, including washer and dryer , big screen TVs with Rokus in every single room, including the kitchen. Huge fenced-in backyard with deck and brand new built-in hot tub as of July 2022. Firepit and firewood included. Kids swing set, built-in sandbox. and tree house. Brand-new natural gas Barbeque and Picnic Table on Backyard Deck for dinner/entertaing.
