Run down Hotel grounds look sketchy as and could do with a freshen up. Room was clean enough with minimal roaches

No late check in date when searching up om app. Few people got There after hours to find the office locked and no one there . Had to call to ask to get our keys . If they want to take our money make ius wait after hours when there no information about ,broken handle on cabinet, won’t be staying there again

The location of the property was convenient but a little unsafe. There was a random guy who looked like he was on the gear knocking on my door late at night. Bed was super uncomfortable and felt and heard the springs as you lay or turn while sleeping plus it has sunken in. Room was dirty and smelly.

Was very clean. Bed was comfy although opted for the single as the double seemed a bit too slept in. A lot of road noise as well as people checking in/arriving late and could hear talking. Apart from noise was good value and cleaner than a lot of hotels/motels I've stayed in

Stay got off to a poor start. Called early in the day to notify the staff of the arrival time as there was potential due to traffic we might arrive past the 7.30-8.00 staffed hours. Staff acknowledged and said there shouldn’t be an issue. Arrived at the hotel within the posted staffed hours and only just before our stated arrival time. Attended reception but was locked and unattended. Called the after hours number multiple times, left voicemails but no response. 40mins later, a staff member arrived. The attitude was that we had inconvenienced them. Was asked “how can I help”. We stated that we wanted to check in but have been waiting for 40mins. Was given some pretty negative attitude from staff. After a 14hr drive, we weren’t really off to a good start. If I’m brutally honest, had someone picked up the phone at any point and just said “we are off site” or similar, it wouldn’t have been as much of an issue. The photos of the place did not match the reality of the place. The place was not overly well kept and was looking run down. The pool was being repaired and appeared to have been out of service for quite some time (not the biggest stopper but just added to the lacklustre experience) It was pretty clear that the place was mainly used as a halfway house, with clinicians and parole officers regularly attending. That is fine but is not suitable for families. I wouldn’t trust many of the positive reviews as it seems they mask the actual reviews and bump up the ratings

Ok needs maintenance Sadly I would have to say overall not very good the floor's were slipery and damp, the bathroom sink timber was bubbling it was biscuit board I had to kill 4 baby roaches in the bathroom and the door handle was falling off, the TV remote batteries were flat I swapped them with air-conditioning remote batteries. However the beds were very comfortable clean and tidy and we got a good nights sleep
