The service is great at the front desk other than that the price is what keeps me here.

It had bedbugs an other bugs in there it smells like old people an cigarettes an I didn’t sleep good like I wanted twoo I will never book this motel again I’m sorry the shower was dirty but the bed was comfortable asab……

The room was disgusting. Everything from the bed to the bathroom to the table to the towels. When I turned on the ac it made the room stink and I had to open the room door to air it out. I wore plastic bags around my feet or just wore my shoes the whole time because that’s how nasty the room floor was. The sink had soap clogged in it from a previous guest so the water didn’t drain. It honestly looked like the room wasn’t clean from the previous guest. The worst part was the odor from the Ac vent. Whether it was heat or trying to make the room cool it emitted this odor that was horrible. I appreciate getting the shelter I needed for the days but that first day I walked in the room I wanted to throw up. If you do stay buy some disinfectant spray and some Clorox wipes to clean the surfaces. I also recommend bringing your own towels and wash cloths. There is a target around the corner or you can go to dollar tree down the road. I also recommend using your own pillow. I only slept at the foot of the bed because even the sheets stunk. The shower was disgusting too. The shower curtain had an odor too it and I used one of their towels as a shower mat because the shower floor was brown. I’m just being honest and not trying to tarnish anyone’s business. My experience was nasty and the room was filthy. Again it’s manageable if you have your own towels, wash cloths, pillow etc. And bring some cleaning supplies to wipe down any surfaces.

They could not edit or change the reservation, while/when I was at the property. Was not rude but I felt like they could have been more helpful or found a way to accommodate

HORRIBLE!! We booked a room through ******* for 1 night before we boarded a cruise ship the next morning. First room they put us in had bedbugs - see attached video. I took a bedbug in a napkin down to the office to show. Lady didn’t look at what I had, just said throw that away as soon as we walked in the door. She put us in a second room which was worse than the first - see attached pictures. Went back to office to get a refund and was told I had to call ******* and have them call the office to verify a refund. It seemed off so I called from our car which was parked in front of the office. The receptionist would not answer the phone from *******! ******* called me back informing me they would not answer and asked if I’d go in the office and let them know they’re trying to call for a refund. Went back into office with ******* on speaker phone and spoke with a man this time. He stated that no one has tried calling. The lady from ******* spoke up and said she had been trying to call…the man looks at the hotel phone and says oh, it’s unplugged. UNREAL!! Never again!

The room inside is old. Floor was dirty. We killed three bugs in the room. Hardly any water pressure. Mattresses old and the pillows. Would not stay there again.
