Non restare qui!!! Ci sono bug in camera, siamo stati trasferiti in un altro locale abbiamo trovato bug in camera, così ci hanno trasferito di nuovo in un altro locale, c'era un cazzo, ( ho visto un paio di recensioni di persone che trovano cazzo nelle loro stanze anche) Ci hanno trasferiti in un altro locale, il conforto era tintato, era grosso, era tre! L'abbiamo preso. Il bagno non spruzzava, il mutandine nero intorno al bagno, il cibo di qualcuno lasciato nel congelatore. Il piano del bagno in entrambe le camere sembrava che andasse a terra quando faceva una doccia. L'agente di fronte Larissa Dieterich era estremamente brutto e condescendente. Prima di Covid abbiamo viaggiato spesso - abbiamo appena iniziato a viaggiare di nuovo. Abbiamo sempre fidato di Hilton e siamo stati clienti fedeli di Hilton. Li preferiamo rispetto ad altri marchi hotel perché siamo soddisfatti del loro servizio, pulizia e strutture alberghiere. Tuttavia, questo soggiorno è un'esperienza molto deludente per noi. Vorremmo poter andare prima, ma dovevamo farlo. In qualità di cliente, non mi sentivo apprezzato e rispettato, il personale era brutto, non ci salutarono quando ci videro venire e andare, eccetto Rodney, il cameriere della notte. Era l'uomo più bello. Sinceramente, non intendo rivedere il mio soggiorno in un Hilton a causa di questo soggiorno! Ho incluso un'immagine del bug di letto e l'identificatore, anche se LARISSA nega che ci fossero bug di letto!

Il signore del desk front era piacevole e amichevole. La stanza era pulita ...Il problema è che mi svegliavo per sentire qualcosa che mi stava sbavando. Quando mi girai le luci, gli anziani sbavavano intorno alla testa del mio letto. Non potevamo mai ottenere la TV per ricevere un segnale.
