L'hotel è stato ristrutturato. Il salone è bello e pulito. Questo hotel ha un grande potenziale, ma potrebbe servire alcuni miglioramenti nell'aspetto dell'esperienza degli ospiti. Lasciatemi spiegare. Durante il check-in, abbiamo avuto una stanza con accesso allo salone. Se il controllo del personale ci fa conoscere la posizione e le ore del salone, ci risparmierebbe una telefonata. Quando siamo entrati nella nostra stanza, abbiamo scoperto che l'AC non funzionava nella stanza e c'era una bottiglia di acqua aperta nella stanza. Ho visto troppo proprietà che offrono solo suite junior o camere più grandi come opzioni. Voglio anche ricordare che Erica era super amichevole. Ci ha salutati ogni volta che abbiamo interagito, e nonostante le questioni che credo si possano risolvere con più comunicazione, è stato un ottimo soggiorno.

Avevo davvero goduto questo hotel in generale. Mi piaceva la grande stanza con cucina, grande piscina, decente colazione inclusa, personale amichevole. Grande problema era la connessione internet. Ci sono segnali molto deboli e il wifi gratuito non è meglio. Il mio computer ha continuato a cercare la connessione e i miei altri dispositivi sono andati molto lentamente. Puoi pagare per un aumento della velocità, ma questo sembra un po' un inganno.

Siamo rimasti a Staybridge Suites per una notte per un appuntamento medico, cercando una stanza pulita e tranquilla con strutture di cucina, e questo è esattamente quello che abbiamo ricevuto! Il letto era molto confortevole (durata media) e le foglie/spazzature sono sofisticate e confortevoli.Abbiamo fatto una camera da letto separata, così non dovremmo andare a letto contemporaneamente e funzionava come un fascino. Tutto era in ordine di lavoro, pulito e non indossato, e il personale era amichevole. Il ragionamento dietro le 4 stelle contro le 5 è doppio. L'ascensore ha bisogno di servizio. E' molto buffo, alto, e una volta le porte erano chiuse, ma non si muoveva. Eravamo spaventati di essere bloccati quando lo rovinammo. L'altra ragione era il colazione.Normalmente il colazione non avrebbe influenzato una valutazione per me, ma era una questione di sicurezza. Lo yogurt (pre-packed) era seduto in una vasca di metallo senza raffreddare tutto il tempo del colazione. Quando l'ho preso, era caldo. Questo è un buon modo per far male le persone. Stavo qui con mio figlio per un torneo di lacrosse. Camera estremamente comoda - grande letto, molto scuro, affidabile e tranquillo sistema AC. Amichevole e utile personale. Bello buffet da colazione $15 che non è esteso ma abbondante di buone opzioni di qualità. Lavanderia sul pavimento, e vi troveranno lavastoviglie e fogli di asciugamani (e forniscono le camere). Bella palestra, aperta 24 ore. Il parcheggio è un po' caotico, ma vi si abitua dopo un viaggio in e fuori. Se finirò mai di nuovo a Chapel Hill, sarà una scelta facile.

Great location for a trip to UNC (about a 20 min walk from campus) with plenty of dining options next door or in the adjacent ***** mall. Breakfast is the standard Hampton Inn breakfast and free. Room was clean and met my needs--a few nitpicks: -- The light over the bathroom mirror is yellowish and dull--might want to bring a lighted makeup mirror if you're doing makeup or plucking brows. -- I'm 5'8 and found the bathtub a bit too small to properly lay in. -- The room air conditioner made a whining noise when turning on and off, which is a bit annoying when trying to sleep (might want to bring earplugs if you're noise-sensitive.) Be aware that like in most hotels post-pandemic, room service is by request--overheard some other guests being confused about this. Interactions with staff were all pleasant. They had no problem holding my luggage for a few hours after checkout while I attended an event, which I appreciated. Overall, would gladly stay here again.

Grande soggiorno, comodo al Centro Cancer UNC! Siamo arrivati un po' presto (non mi sentivo così grande, sto trattando con linfoma non Hodgkins). Il giovane che ci ha controllati era molto piacevole, e si è allontanato dal suo cammino per trovarci in una stanza al quarto piano, che era molto bello. La mattina dopo abbiamo avuto un buon colazione, con molte scelte di cibo caldo e freddo. La signora che lavorava nella zona del colazione era anche molto bello! Quando sono pronto a controllare, la signora che mi ha aiutato è anche in cura del Cancro, ed era così dolce e piacevole! Io consiglio molto questo come un grande luogo per rimanere!

UUtente ospiteLa Siena è un bel hotel con personale molto ben addestrato. Tutti noi ci siamo incontrati guardavano negli occhi, si sono impegnati in conversazioni e sono stati molto rispettosi! Siamo stati li' per una notte e siamo stati aggiornati (siamo membri del Titanio) in una Junior Studio Suite, che era bella. Era un giorno straordinario alla fine di febbraio e la capacità di aprire le porte francesi ai balconi Juliet era davvero bello. Il colazione a Il Palio era meraviglioso e, ancora una volta, il personale era sorprendente. I terreni erano bellissimi, ma non così grandi come sembrano indicare alcune delle foto dell'hotel. Un grande hotel in una divertente città!

UUtente ospiteTutti erano molto professionali, anche quando ho chiamato prima di entrare, potevano sorridere e agire felicemente per vedervi in persona. Bello stabilimento. Bed molto comodo, bagno molto bello, camera molto tranquilli vicini, nessuna porta sbattere o parlare alto. La sala da pranzo/macina è molto bello. La colazione era ok, il succo di cuoco molto bello si è acquato. Mangiare in piscina avrebbe avuto piacere se le reti di spider fossero state svuotate dalle tavole prima che l'ospite si alzasse.

Aaleeyah has been super helpful in helping me extend and keep my room, in spite of several weekends being fully booked! I’m so appreciative of this at this time when I didn’t need to switch rooms or hotels!! She’s exceptional and made sure she took great care of me under stressful circumstances!!! Thank you Aaleeyah!!! Great stay and fresh and clean!!
