設施：對於單價接近1000一晚，在本酒店價格排行前三貴的房間，居然放在一樓。大堂近在咫尺，有任何人講話稍微大聲一點，或者手機鈴聲響一點，就會聽到。隔音簡直可怕。半夜洗衣機洗好發出的聲音我都可以聽見。 而且，該房間沒有任何窗外的景色，是一堵灰色的牆。要不是房間裝修還行，我會覺得自己在坐牢。房間那個沙發非常不舒服，坐不了人。因為這個房間價格在潮州算是比較高了，我會認為不划算。房間面積也不算很大，唯一可以誇的衹有泡澡比較大比較舒適了。 服務：前台和開小車的小哥其實人特別好，服務也很好。怎奈感覺人手嚴重不足，因為古城不可通車，進出衹能靠酒店提供的小電瓶車，每次衹能最多三個人，四個人就得分兩次，其實很耽誤時間。住兩晚進進出出都要靠等車我覺得很痛苦。推薦衹需要在古城裡活動的人。 另外，前台雖然提供咖啡。但衹有純咖，沒有拿鐵。多買點牛奶也不會浪費你多少錢，但體驗就很差。畢竟是1000一晚的酒店啊親！ 再另外，不建議買酒店的早飯，因為她自己沒有早飯，是和周邊的三個店鋪合作的早飯，你去了一家會告訴你衹有豬肉粿條，要別的就加錢。或者衹能去吃肯德基。還不如自己花錢找別的喜歡的店去吃。
