I am not the person who travel and review a lot, but this is one of the places I called Gem in Chaohu. The rooms is clean and well considered. My daughter enjoyed the views of mountains and balcony. And for kids, this place has a lot of amenities for them: swimming pool, game room, etc. So I would recommend this place in the area if you have no idea what to do with your kids! BTW: it has hot spring too, but we don’t have chance to try, will leave it for next trip

A relaxing getaway! Lily was very attentive and helpful. Sandy, the barista, was also very sweet :) The bathrooms could be cleaned a bit more thoroughly though. There were clumps of hair left in the shower and on the floor.

My wife enjoyed our second trip to this hotel and the hot springs next door. Last time we visited in the winter in the middle of the week, so there were limited options for food at/near the hotel. This time, we visited during the weekend, and although it was a bit busier, we enjoyed ourselves a lot. Some of the staff at the hotel speak English very well, and they are all very kind and accommodating. The hotel is a bit out of town, but otherwise it is set up very well for all sizes of groups or types of travelers.

The interior hot springs didn't work. There was no bubbles or other springs at the interior pools. Fortunately the outside from the spa was very nice. The room's floor was sinking when you walk.

再次故地重（遊深業温泉假日度假酒店），幾年前的美好歷歷在目。上次也是帶媽媽去泡温泉住在這裏。酒店很大，四周被各種各樣的綠植包圍，像是進入了一個大大的氧吧，呼吸都變得輕鬆愜意。 酒店的房間很大，陽台可以看後面的小山，山上雲霧繚繞，漂亮。房裡裏面寬敞明亮，乾淨整潔，床墊枕頭也很舒服，衞生間比別的酒店都大，洗漱用品擺放整齊，潔具乾淨。 酒店前台服務很好。接待我們的是一個叫（京京）親切又漂亮的姑娘，幫我安排的很仔細，貼心，就連我們沒想到的細節都提前告知，有什麼問題也都幫忙妥善解決，省了我們很多麻煩。到了深業温泉假日酒店就像回到了家裡一樣。下次再來還會找（京京）這個和藹可親的姑娘幫我安排。 不得不提的是酒店（翠苑餐廳），因為不知道當地有什麼特色菜，就在**團購了一個248的套餐，色香味俱全，服務態度賓至如歸，我們三個人，沒吃完，魚蝦很新鮮，老鴨湯燉的很想，香菇包（點心）做的栩栩如生，很實惠，每個菜都是很大一份。吃的很開心。 酒店前後的風景美不勝收，拍了很多好看的視頻和照片，泡了暖暖温泉，不虛此行。

環境優美，適合度假，有各種小活動，帶小孩來挺不錯的，可以泡温泉；房間挺大的，有陽台，衞生間也比較大。週六晚上的自主晚餐人有點多，還要排隊。射箭的時間是上午下午各一個小時，要安排好時間。

週末帶孩子泡温泉，上一次來還是兩口，時隔八年三口之家故地重遊，酒店雖然時間很久了，但是設施不顯陳舊。工作人員服務很到位，有求必應。定的房間有些小問題，還給我升級了。自助晚餐味道不錯，是很棒的得體驗。等到稍冷一些，帶父母再來一次～

酒店入住辦理在停車場往裡，沒有明顯的指引或者是我們沒找到，打電話給前台説在進門正對面，去了之後説衹是温泉，需要先辦理入住，走了七八分鐘才到。辦理入住也不是很快。 之後就比較順利了，去了温泉，很大，景緻也很有特色，中間累了可以去二樓休息，有自助水果茶飲和娛樂項目等。 晚餐很豐富，吃的很好，吃過去園區裏散個步，空氣很清新，天然氧吧讓人身心舒適。 第二天有一些項目可以玩，小孩子很喜歡，玩累了又去温泉轉了一圈。 總之性價比還可以。

房間還算挺大的，有沙發和書桌，帶一個陽台，設施齊全，衞生間也比較大，很乾凈。服務也非常好，大門都有帥哥幫忙拿行李，一對一辦理入住，還送了入住飲料。去温泉很方便，有電瓶車接送，自己走回來也就五分鐘。外面1公里的半湯老街吃飯很不錯。

衞生：帶孩子出來玩，比較老牌的酒店了，設施有些陳舊，這都不打緊，但親子房間衞生太差勁了，進入親子房的走廊過道好難聞，我和老公研究後覺得是那黑黑的地毯的味道。進入房間內小童沙發上有方便麪，上層床台階上也有方便麪，這是沒打掃？然後洗臉面盆和洗澡下水口、地漏下水太慢，全是頭髮堵塞，太噁心人了。然後如果客人不用牙膏牙刷是不會換的，因為上面的盒子已經被水泡軟一個角了。總之到處都很臟，對於帶孩子的很不友好，害得我出來玩還得自己打掃一遍。服務沒有，你問她就答，一般般，早餐位置很少也很一般吧。一千塊一晚的房費，一點也不值得，在南京上海，一千多服務不要太好。
